My moderna experince
I got my first moderna shot yesterday. And I am diabetic.
I am very fatigued. Slept most of the day.
Had some body aches and felt cold today. Slight on and off headache,a little stomach pain low appitite. Dry mouth.I got a developing case of covid arm as the place the shot went into my arm is growing warmer and is red and soreish. The tiredness is significant.
The body aches while painful don't occur often it's like 1 or two times an hour.
Tomorrow it could be better or worse, either way I am glad to get my shot and looking forward to the second one.

5. Just letting people know what my symptoms are like
Since I have diabeties and other diabetics and other people with risk factors might want to know how they might react to it too.

35. I had to stay inside Walgreens 15 minutes after
I got my shot. Just like my allergist would have me stay in the office after I got my allergy shot. Forgot to mention that.

38. After the first Moderna shot
I had no side effects other than a sore arm for a couple days.
After my second shot, same sore arm but also had slight nausea the next day.
I do feel extremely lucky. Texas has the lowest rate of vaccination but I'm in one of 5 underserved counties that got a special allocation of Moderna back in January and my wife was able to get us signed up for one each of the 100 doses allocated to the county. Administered by the Texas National Guard, we were automatically signed up for the second shot.
That will be two weeks ago as of tomorrow!

This report wasn't half as exciting to read as its reports on its distemper vaccine, which is probably way past due.

Or the shot for feline rabies.

How does UP know it's from the vaccine? Sounds to me that their description of the post shot symptoms is the same as a normal day for them.

If that's just from the first shot then it will be ****ed when it gets the 2nd shot of the Trump vaccine.
It should have listened to wanna be VP kamaltoe...https://www.businessinsider.com/kamala-harris-rejects-a-coronavirus-vaccine-from-trump-2020-10 (https://www.businessinsider.com/kamala-harris-rejects-a-coronavirus-vaccine-from-trump-2020-10)

I for one don't care if she does get ****ed twice as bad.
I'm pretty sure God will forgive me.

Now that it's LIEden's vaccination campaign DEMs have to undo their pre-election anti-Trump Vaccine FUD campaign and persuade people it's really LIEden's vaccine. Even some in the MSM are calling out that lie ... now that the election is past:

Because you're obese.
Because you're slovenly.
Because you think the universe owes you.

Life is not at all fair.

It isn't a vaccine... market it however they want, its just a suppressant. Better to just catch the original virus, build immunity naturally and not deal with unknown long term side effects.

1.) If you define "vaccine" as using dead or weakened viruses to get the recipient's immune system to produce antibodies against the target virus, then none of the vaccines currently approved or in final test stages for use in the US are vaccines. OTOH, if you define "vaccine" as as substance that causes the recipient's immune system to produce antibodies against the target virus, then all of the vaccines currently approved or in final test stages for the US are vaccines.
a. What's the point of the hair-splitting word game? A vaccine by any other name produces the antibodies and consequent immunity.
b. Ask Chile and Brazil how Sinovac's traditional weakened virus vaccine is working out for them!
2.) Re what I bolded, BTDTGTTS. After two weeks in bed in the hospital and two months (so far) working to rebuild my strength and endurance, I'd take any of the vaccines currently approved for use in the US. I survived and wasn't on a respirator, but I can ask a friend's wife about that latter experience; people who experienced the former are unavailable for comment, this side of eternity. Make your choices as to the risk you're willing to assume, but don't deceptively tell others that the significant risks entailed in getting Covid are negligible.

Because the words matter is why its important to differentiate between the two. These "vaccines" only limit the symptoms of the virus and don't do anything to solve the root cause. Now why I have a vested interest in definitions is because I've read the proxies :cheersmate: :from these medical companies. When considering buying medical stocks, its important to know whats in the pipeline, the risk outcomes and future plans. Why is all of this relevant? The kungflu vaccines have been rushed to market without the proper trials that normally take up to decades to work out. They don't just come up with something overnight and think it just works. Thats why they waived future litigation for these pharmaceuticals that developed these reactionary vaccines. Id rather tough out the actual virus as you did rather than suffer the consequences of an untested medicine for the rest of my life. I dont have any respiratory issues and don't fit the demographic of the vast majority of deaths so its worth the risk not to take it. Now, if I were 67 and suffering from COPD I may not be so cavalier in my opinion.

This "vaccine" does not prevent a person from contracting COVID-19. The CDC has said that masks will be needed even after getting vaccinated, because you can still spread the virus.

1. You believe the CDC? :rotf: The same CDC that a year ago advised healthy people not to wear masks? :rotf:
2. All vaccines produce antibodies against the target virus. Regardless of the technology on which the vaccine is based, all produce antibodies that attack invading target viruses, and all take a finite time to kill off invading viruses. Thus, for that finite time, whether hours or a few days, the person is "infected". And, regardless of the technology of the vaccine, that person will test positive on a PCR test, because it cannot discern a live virus' DNA/RNA from a fragment of DNA/RNA from a dead virus. IOW, if you had the flu shot and were exposed to the target virus, you would, briefly, be infected.
What is the real point of these word games and hair-splitting?

That's funny. At one point, you mock the CDC, but then jump right in to believing what they tell you about these vaccines.

So, it would be news to you that the vaccines were tested by hospitals and similar institutions, not by the CDC? It would be news to you that the FDA, not the CDC created the protocols under which the vaccines were tested? It would be news to you that an independent monitoring committee, not the vaccine company, not the FDA, and not the CDC, receives all data from the tests? It would be news to you that the independent monitoring committee, on test completion, gives the collected data to the FDA, not the CDC, to review?
