Man, why does it feel like even with Democrats in the (albeit slim) majority the Repubs are running
the show? Its really frustrating.

I would forgive them for the $15 me if they would just vote to get rid of the filibuster.

It basically comes down to how it's easier to destroy than to build. An expensive race car takes lots of time and effort to build, but it can be wrecked in little time at all.

5. Because they want nothing done because they are the anti-government.
It is easy to block and sabotage. Being constructive is hard. Building things, and building back better, takes humans cooperating. Biden needs to hang this around their necks: sabotage shank slander Americans.

10. Because Collins, Manchin, Sinema and Romney have veto power if three or more of them oppose an item. For non-budget items it has to pass muster with the 10 most liberal Republicans.
Ask R's about the Obamacare repeal.
