5. Spray the entire course with RoundUp.

That'll take care of it. Then do the same to all Trump-branded golf courses.

Well, sort of serious, anyhow.

Rock Head is a powerless loser.  His first instinct is lash out, tear down, destroy someone else's property.  Envy, hate, and lack of respect for other people's property--the hallmarks of a leftist loser.

Yeah. Since he mentions a very specific target, that sounds an awful lot like incitement, of the sort that could lead to criminal charges.
