Apparently a lot more complex than just a continuation of 1915, the Turks certainly hate the Armenians and ditto the other way, but this seems to have started out as a border war between Armenia and the Azeris, some indications the Armenians were not the good guys in it, and everyone has ties to other powers, including the Russians in complicated ways but it's not stopping the Russians from selling arms to both sides.  It looks a lot like a complicated mess with no actual good guys, just the kind of thing John McCain and Hillary would have been straining at the leash to get us involved with.
