I heard a really intriguing fact in the roll call vote today. Nebraska has a unicameral legistlature
I never knew that.
Nebraskans, how does that work? Is it a good thing or not?

Husb2Sparkly, calling up from the basement bathroom, shows his ignorance. We learned about Nebraska's unicameral legislature in, I think, 8th or 9th grade social studies. This, even though we've never visited the Sandhills or any other part of the state.
So far no Nebraskan has answered this shoutout to Husker moonbats, just a few DUmmies quoting Wikipedia or bemoaning their own ignorance.

Oh my.
It was a Depression-era thing, meant to save money, by unemploying two-thirds of the lawmakers.
There's 49 of them.

Damn, the primitives are running around in circles.

You would think that with all the crapstorms Ernie Chambers has started in Nebraska they would practically have his home phone number being the states biggest asshat for over 30 years.

My modship is getting harder and harder over there. :lmao:
I swear, they're getting more and more insane.

I've always wondered, though, what the primitives would think about Ernie Chambers's last major coup before leaving the legislature, that of re-segregating the public schools in Omaha.
For those who don't know, Omaha's now being broken up into three school districts, a tiny one for blacks, a bigger but still pretty tiny one for Hispanics, and all the rest for whites.
Despite that I rarely, if ever, agreed with Ernie Chambers, I have to think he was right in alleging that people do better taking care of their own, rather than having someone outside taking care of their own.
