I am so ****ing tired of people telling us we need to tip-toe around the Republicans.
Don't do this because the Republicans will use it to attack Obama.
Don't do that because it'll give Republicans fodder.
Jesus Christ, people, when did we become such big wusses? Tip-toeing around because we're afraid of what Republicans will think?
Pathetic.
Well, yeah... you are a bunch of big woosies...

3. I hope we have shock troops storming their convention
they've earned a double dose of payback for the shit they've pulled this week.

5. THEY WILL ALWAYS ATTACK! That's why this is a STUPID anti-strategy
As the old folk tale goes, IT'S IN THEIR NATURE! They
can't run a campaign on issues -- they want to depress
voter turnout -- they will ALWAYS run a dirty, attack-
based campaign! We ought to just run our campaign in
a fearless, straightforward way and HIT THEM BACK when
they dare to pinch us!
Mirror Mirror...God I loved that Star Trek episode.

20. You missed the point....
The key thing had nothing to do with PTSD. Nothing. It all started as a suggestion for payback to the repukes RE; The little purple band aids. Someone said we souls wear Little keys with the number 8. Because McCain couldn't remember how many houses he had. Yes its lame... but you watch the slime that Rove comes up with next week.

13. Same Here
It seems that the belief in Free Speech isn't very strong because someone might say something that will upset those on the other side!
At the same time the Repukes constantly attack our candidate with lies and innuendo!
You'll soon have those who will say it's because we need to be positive and reminding us that such negative comments will only hurt Obama's chances.
It's like all the shout downs that your protesters do to any FOX reporter?

14. Collectively, many here need to Grow a Set
They're still fighting the Kerry campaign.
DON'T EVER SUCCUMB because of what some GOPer might say.
They want to play up the "messiah" thing? Fine... they're going to do it anyway, so **** 'em.... let's have our speech in front of columns and 76,000 screaming people chanting "Obama".
Ronald Reagan kicked our asses twice because he didn't give a damn about what we said about him.
Kerry's problem .... actually Kerry's staff's problem.... is that they actually gave a damn about what the GOP said about them.
Be strong.
Stand up.
Do what's right.
and Screw the GOP if they want to ridicule it. If you buckle to their ridicule, you're like a kid giving his lunch money to the bully instead of kicking the bully in the nuts.
We're making fun of you because it is stupid.

19. I can't stand all this "We are all one" bullshit either
The MSM is pushing this meme that Obama has to come out and be nice to Republicans. Bullshit. When he gives his big convention speech, I hope he ends by saying when he takes office, he's going to indict all those Republican bastards, starting with Cheney and Rove.
The MSm is talking about obama bringing all the democrats together, retard.

I don't know about you, but I've seen no one at the democrat convention that I'd be inclined to pinch.

You should be happy that someone is giving you good advise. Everytime you open your mouths you just come off sounding more stupid than you look. If you're not going to entirely be quiet as you should, then tip-toeing is the next best thing for you to do.

No,it was because it was the truth and Kerry had caught himself up in lies (Cambodia in Christmas..etc).
No matter how DUmmies try to twist it Kerry was the 2004 version of Obama.
A person that they thought would be able to run on as a symbol with nothing to back it up.

Sadly, the difference is conservatives are resourceful, self-reliant people. The exact opposite of the classical definition of an American liberal..................and complete opposite of a classical french.

What really will be entertaining is when we break out the really heavy ordinance on Obama.
Think about it. Most Americans don't know about Wright, yet. They don't know about the Ayers connection, yet. They don't know about the Rezko connection, yet. They don't know about the fact that he wouldn't allow a bill to pass protecting babies who were born as a result of a failed abortion, yet. Everytime Obama has taken a hit on one of these, he has whined like a little girl along with the rest of the Democrats. Americans instinctively don't like whiners.
He has some other skeletons in his cabinet that aren't even out yet.
On the other hand, John McCain really doesn't have any secrets. No one is going to care that his wife has a few investment properties. He has consistently shown his attack pilot instincts and attacked and probed and found weaknesses to stop his opponent.

I am really tempted to initiate a "commercial" that says something along the lines of:
"John McCain was stupid enough to get shot down when parked on an aircraft carrier
He was stupid enough to get shot down over Vietnam
He was stupid enough to demur when offered release from the Hanoi Hilton, just because he wanted to be with his men
John McCain, too stupid for the USA?"
What is sad is many DUmmies and HUFfers would applaud and say "yes! He's stupid!" and never understand the underlying message.

Oh no, we can't.
Any attack on him is Racism. Any attack on his very political wife (now rebranded as a combination of June Cleaver and Clair Huxtable) is Out Of Bounds.
Have we no shame????

Force me to choose between truth and shame, and I'll choose truth every time.
I've never had any shame, and I ain't about to start now. :fuelfire:
