He is such a disgrace to America and the whole human race. If his dumb****ery leads to the Dems taking back the presidency and the senate at least some good will come from an otherwise waste of oxygen.

Leaving the country without a leader thru an emergency. Granted he wasn't a real leader but now we have no one and it is very obvious. Huge moral failure.

14. The task force reps reported to him. They'd go to the WH, wait in wherever-I've-forgotten, and be ushered into The Presence, or not. But they'd have written recommendations to provide.
As for attending the meetings, maybe pull up the list of who's on that. After not finding one in several I gave up looking up names to find out how many of the couple dozen members were actually experts, besides Fauci and Birx. Trump filled this "task force" with Trump trash.

It's headed up by VP Pence. Actions set in motion by the Trump Administration - e.g. production of PPE and ventilators, development and testing of treatments and vaccines - have been progressing and coming to fruition for several months. Ignoring vaccines developed in China - for reasons that should be grossly obvious - there are, IIRC, at least two vaccines in Phase III testing, the phase just before being authorized for production, and a few more that are in Phase II. All of which have had Federal $$ invested and cooperation via "Operation Warpspeed". What should have DUpipo worried is that the vaccine that is farthest into Phase III is the Oxford University // AstraZeneca vaccine, which could be ready for release in September or October, for which the Feds have a contract for 300M doses. For DUpipo, that is a looming "October Surprise" that threatens a huge part of their anti-Trump narrative.
If you are patient enough to wade through a very long timeline, the facts I claimed above are documented in the US timeline linked in my signature area. I updated it this past week or two, adding many entries for late April through the beginning of July. It's very long and nutsy-boltsy, so be sure you have had your daily coffee or tea.
