Wasn't he just in DC the other day with trump? Nobody seemed to know where or who those troops belonged to, except that some of them were military police.

3. They had no distinguishing marks on their uniforms, and the automobiles they were driving were not numbered the way the army/national guard marks theirs. I've been seeing little snippets here and there of Prince showing up in Washington, so that's why I'm wondering.

As much as I like to rib the chair farce, I actually respect their security forces that some wear Ranger, Mountain...etc tabs.  They are not the guys at the gate entrance.
