Biden wants to turn America into Gillead from the Handmaidens Tale where Commanders like him can mash a woman up against the wall and finger her or rub her shoulders or sniff her hair or simply prance around in the nude in front of her while she is forced to obediently watch his decrepit, naked, liver spotted body.  Whatever he wants.
