Hmmmmm ... if we did DOTY, my prime candidates would be Shockey80 and Eliot Rosewater. malaise just doesn't measure up, for all her ~200K DU-posts.

Help Trump's approval rating, help him raise money, cause impeachment popularity to fall= DU person of the year.  :-)

Also, her position vis à vis impeachment is untenable; she can't maintain that the president has been impeached, but the senate can't start the trial.
