It should have been Hillary---Too late now.

On McCain:

Biden, on a post-debate appearance on MSNBC, October 30, 2007:

“The only guy on the other side who’s qualified is John McCain.”

Biden appearing on The Daily Show, August 2, 2005:

“John McCain is a personal friend, a great friend, and I would be honored to run with or against John McCain, because I think the country would be better off, be well off no matter who...”

On Meet the Press, November 27, 2005:

“I’ve been calling for more troops for over two years, along with John McCain and others subsequent to my saying that.”

"I think that I have a lifetime of experience that I will bring to the White House. I know Senator McCain has a lifetime of experience to the White House. And Senator Obama has a speech he gave in 2002."

-Hillary Clinton

As much as I loathe HRC, I have to admit that has to be one of her best lines of the year.

I hope the McCain campaign puts it in a few ads.

Now I know why Obama waited for the so-called Friday Night Newsdump to make this announcement. The short version is he picked everything he has campaigned against MCCain with as his VP.

Now that's Change you can Believe in !   :whatever:

I believe JFK said the same about Nixon.

Biden:  The first one to agree to run with Obama Hussein.  All the "good" choices said "NO! WAY!"

Biden is ready to retire anyway.  He and Jeremiah Plankmaker are going to start the first satellite Amish channel.

I dont think so - IIRC McCain has +-6 years on Biden -- but Obama has still successfully removed 'Age' from the debate which was about the only thing going for him.

They have already, IIRC.

And now they will be pulling all the biden comments against uh-bam-uh.

The democratic presidential race wrote McCain's entire campaign.

Yup--you're right.  He's 65, and he'll turn 66 on November 20th--about two-and-a-half weeks after McCain beats the Obamessiah.

And, isn't Biden older than McCain?

No but he's been in Congress longer.  Plugs has been there 35 years.

Biden====probably the only democrat that doesn't know who Obama is.

you may be right .. today Biden called him, "Barack America" ..

interesting note though: Bill Kristol said earlier that Hilary got over 18 million votes, Biden got about 5 thousand in the primary.

Obama just threw it all away..

If you don't think that this next week is going to be incredibly interesting, you haven't been paying attention.  The PUMAs are going to go absolutely batshit.

I'm bringing kegs to the NE VRWC Headquarters.  Carl, what did you sign up for?

Yeah but "plugs" is being spun as an "outsider" cause he "takes the train back and forth from Delaware every day".  :whatever:

From my wild boozing days at St. Lawrence University in the Great White North of New York, a 32-oz. funnel of beer (any quality will do) chaser is almost required for tekilla shots.
