Rush just said Obama said 10,000 people died in a tornado in KS this spring

I am at work blogging from my phone. Went up to the store and heard Rush on the radio.

Can someone send this to Fight The Smears?

Question: why is the dysmenopausal Kansas school teacher blogging on company time, the taxpayers' dime?

And then my fellow Nebraskan, the hot dog primitive; one suspects that if a Republican or conservative had a slip of the tongue, the hot dog primitive wouldn't be so forgiving.

1. No, Obama meant to say "ten" last year, and said ten thousand by mistake.

I don't think the town even had 10,000 people--just a verbal slip up. (Can't remember the town--was it Greenwood? in 2007--I remember when he goofed, it was an obvious slip of the tongue).

2. It probably was where he was riffing on when Obama misspoke about the tornadoes before.

Otherwise, if he was reporting it, then he's made a bigger gaffe than Obama did ...

Or about the ghosts the messiah and most merciful Obama saw on Memorial Day?

Barrack Obama gets yet another pass from the DUmmies.  Let's consider what they'd be saying if it were president Bush that made a "simple gaffe" like that. ::)

They'd just add it to one of the many websites they have dedicated to cataloguing grammatical mistakes and miscues made by President Bush.

how about the conception of Obama 4 years after he was born?

I think Obama has lied to himself so much about his own past that he doesnt know its not true...

Let's make the claim Rush is lying anyway.  Maybe someday something we throw will stick.

Fixed.

As I mentioned in another post - The electorate has been trained - verbal gaffes, pregnant pauses and , uhh, um.. filler words = Stupid.

The more Obama talks without a script, the lower he goes. Using euphemisms such as "misspoken" or "thoughtful replies" isn't going to fly.

I just wonder when the meaning of the word "nuance" was changed to "an airhead liberal searching vainly for a cogent thought".
