Georgia litigation seeking 100,000 missing votes lost in the electronic voting machines

Dear Friends,

On November 23 we launched litigation to expose the provable irregularities in Georgia’s electronic voting system, particularly in the Lieutenant Governor’s race. This high impact litigation which builds on our previous unique work, is our most noteworthy yet and shows great potential for having national reach in its influence on election security policy. There has never been another case like this in the nation. We must get to the bottom of the 100,000+ missing votes in the Georgia Lieutenant Governor’s race.

The anomalies in this race that occurred in the touchscreen electronic machines did not appear in paper ballots and are impossible to explain without a forensic examination of the type only permitted in a lawsuit. Our lawsuit to overturn the Lieutenant Governor election and require a new election should be able to do a deep forensic dive into the electronics to discover what electronic mischief caused these inexplicable and unfair “results.”

In addition, our volunteers have found countless irregularities in machine tape tallies, and voter reports of “vote flipping” and machine malfunctions that were numerous in both the November 6th election and the December 4th runoff. The lawsuit will provide the basis for examining the cause of such problems.

This case should move quickly. Court proceedings begin in January, and in the discovery process our experts will examine the electronic components and records. This case will be the first in America to delve into this type of forensic evidence to detect what has caused the electronic voting irregularities. Years of laboratory work by scientists proved that the machines were exploitable. Now, we have the opportunity to prove, for the first time, how the vulnerabilities were exploited in a live election.

Every other November, in general elections, Georgia voters are asked to plow through a long ballot. Usually, though not always, a race for governor or the U.S. Senate tops a long list, followed by contests for lieutenant governor, secretary of state, attorney general, and so on.

With each down-ballot contest, more voters bleed away. In election after election, graphs of the phenomenon resemble a gentle, downward slope.

That’s not what happened on Nov. 6. The pattern changed rather suspiciously.

In the race for governor, 3,939,328 voters cast a ballot. But in the No. 2 race for lieutenant governor, 159,024 of those voters – about 4 percent — dropped away.

Then, in the next race down, 103,290 of those supposedly lost voters suddenly regained their interest and voted in the secretary of state contest. From there, the traditional downward slope of disappearing voters resumes.

Those numbers argue that Georgia’s race for lieutenant governor became a canyon of lost votes.

3. Is Stacy Abrams endorsing this effort?

If not, then it's not worth pursuing, since the only positive outcome would be a new election

5. Not sure I follow your reasoning; I will say that any effort to fight for election integrity is

worthy regardless of which party is affected.

Election integrity is a nonpartisan issue
