Living in Los Angeles and If You make 50 G a Year?

Your net is $40,000...after Taxes small 1 bedroom $1,700.

$38,000 left net.. and you have not bought a bit of food.. No Gas, Car Payments, Insurance, etc.

Your net/net perhaps 25 grand.. Poverty level in L.A.

This why people have been leaving L.A. in mass.

Yesterday a ton of APT FOR RENT signs all over the place.

 :o

New thread, only one reply pointing out the math error ... I still have NO idea what the hell this post is supposed to be about.

Decades of Libs' anti-growth policies have consequences, just not the consequences intended. Unsurprisingly ...

Will any of the sooper jeanus DUchebags make the connection that it is leftist policies, democrat party policies, that cause this?

I doubt it.

Oh and the DUmbass is bad at math.

$1700*12 = $20.400/yr

$40,000- $20,400 = $19,600 then take out food and gas at least $1000/mo leaves you with $7,600/yr.

On edit:  Is this a push for $100,000/yr living wage in the PRoC?

And going to places like Arizona, Texas and Montana where they elect people and support laws that try to turn those places into another California.  :thatsright:

I just wish they would get their act together so they stop moving other states and messing thnnem up.
Colorado is a perfect example of what goes wrong.

That's why I don't rent to DUmmies.  They pay the first month, and then squat.

Yep.  Same thing happened to the northeast. NYC proggies moved to the surrounding states and turned them blue.  Proggies are like cockroach parasites. They screw up a place and then move on to the next host.

Personally I think we need to build a wall around LA, Sacramento, and San Fran. Let them run it as they please... they can just never leave.

So  move, biyatch.  Preferably to Venezuela.

This works too!   :cheersmate:

And going to places like Arizona, Texas and Montana where they elect people and support laws that try to turn those places into another California.  :thatsright:

For now, the Californians moving to Texas are net producers, which directly corresponds to conservative voting. Net producers are those who are working for a living in the private sector (or work in constitutionally-supportive government jobs like military or infrastructure support), retired and living on private, federal, or previous state's pensions, or family members of such people. In short, there are far more people wanting to become PART of a strong, conservative movement than otherwise.

Contrary to the producers, the net leechers: those on welfare, food stamps, and other assistance will STAY in California, because if they MOVE to Texas NOW, no state bennies. The state depends on property assessments (taxes) and does not tax income, thereby creating a huge incentive to provide jobs for profit, as well as make it easy for workers to be hired and move up the ladder with more experience. Yes, there are a lot of Betobots, but they are temporary, it's more a "hip thing" rather than a valid voting option; once they have to get off their asses and start working, it becomes a net gain for the state from that direction as well.

So if Trump stays president until 2024 and Congress can keep from passing more laws (other than dismantling as much as possible) and the Senate stays red, and just as importantly, Texas state governance stays relatively conservative (much easier at the state than federal level), and George Soros is kept at bay with a bunch of Texas guns (metaphorically), then Texas should welcome all conservatives and productive citizens as possible. It only makes it more unlikely that the state will turn blue. ONLY when we get an Obama or even 1992 Clinton (unchecked by Congress), will there be danger to the state of Texas because federal edicts can be forced upon it. But organically, the state will get better in the near future with such influx.

PS Probably the biggest insurance Texas has is its independent energy grid and productive capabilities that rival virtually every other state and country in the world. That is something that will NOT be written off easily. Too much influence.
