Silence Can Be Ominous
To those wondering if we need a "branding" type gesture or symbol or action to unify understanding of our anger right now, I offer this:

The silent mob.

No slogans, no chanting.

No wearing tape over our mouths- We are not "silenced" we are silent.

We are watching.

We are present.

In large numbers.

Silently.

Everywhere they go.

Wear t-shirts with slogans, hold signs, carry banners, whatever.

But no sound.

Just watch them.

Stone-faced.

Their time is coming.

We will deliver it.

That's what has been running through my head, since Friday. It will work anywhere we can assemble NUMBERS.

Standing, silently.

Or, if standing isn't allowed, we can use the old labor/strike technique- walking as on a track, in constant motion over a small space, watching them. Silently.

They want us silent?

Let's give them what they want.

A silent crowd, wherever they go, wherever they are.

I'm a charter member of the local chapter of the Verbosity Society, but that is a really long way of saying: Shut up and stop making us look like lunatics!!!
