Texas recommends to abolish Swiftboater Bob Perry's Builder Commission

In an extraordinary report yesterday, the Texas Sunset Commission recommended abolishing the Texas Residential Construction Commission (TRCC pronounced trick), created by Bob Perry. Perry is well known for being the largest political donor in the United States as well as the financial backer of the Swift boat attacks against Presidential candidate John Kerry. Since it's conception, the TRCC has been highly criticized for being too builder friendly and not providing consumer protection for new home buyers, with construction defects, as promised.
