We should be surprised that the trump's polls are not lower?
We should be surprised that over 90% of Republicans continue to support him?
We should be surprised that when he says or does something disgraceful and beneath the presidency, his poll numbers go up?
NO, we should not be surprised.
It doesn't matter what he says or does, they are going to support him. The stronger the criticism, the stronger their support for their Leader. Nothing is going to change that.
We should have no expectations that the trump supporters will someday wake up and see the world as we see it. It's not going to happen.
No one is going to persuade them with common sense or logic. The trump was right. He could shoot someone in the middle of Fifth Avenue and he wouldn't lose one voter.
The time for persuasion is over. They are not going to change and they are not going to see the light. There is only one way to change their reality. That is at the polls.
If the majority of America agrees with their vision of the world, then America is truly screwed.
That is the only solution with which we are left.

Much easier to read if you read the 1st three sentences as if they started with "Should we..." rather than "We should..."

The reason Trump supporters do not give 2 shits about this "scandal" or that "scandal" is Trump is doing exactly what we elected him to do. Each new "scandal" that is brought to light shows how effective he is and how desperate his enemies are.

I'm surprised. Given that 96% of the "news" media "reporting" is negative on Trump and there is nothing positive about all of his accomplishments, it is surprising. Bu t my gut tells me that Trump is more in the 60%+ approval.

If the world ever becomes the way modern-day liberals (also known as modern-day Nazis) would like for it to become, hopefully the Death Star will come along and take the planet out of the universe.

I would not count on a storm trooper hitting what they are aiming at. I have seen more than enough Star Wars movies to realize they have no range time with the blasters they carry. :p
