Doesn't actually matter, no matter who his Daddy was, his Mom was a native-born US citizen (Even if a spoiled Commie brat with more issues than a national newspaper), so he still was a 'Natural-born US citizen' and met the Constitutional requirement to run, unless someone actually came up with an official 'Surrender of citizenship' declaration.

Even with that, it would be a moot point.  His terms are over, the elections aren't going to be revoted.  At most, they would invalidate all his signatures and have Biden (who would have been POTUS were 0bama not eligible) and then declare him ineligible for future terms due to already "serving" two.

Won't happen.
