If you are wondering why the name Becky is in quotes, it's because it's a made up name that sounds like a white woman's name. The link in the OP takes you to a site where unidentified white women who call the police on black people are given white sounding names like Becky and Amber.
There seems to be a debate at democrat underground about whether this Wypipo thing is racist.
I wonder how the people foisting this Wypipo, Becky, and Amber crap would feel about a website run by white people that assigned names like Rastus or Jemima to unidentified black people?

Well, most of the names are obviously made up, probably because the writer doesn't know their actual names. That aside, the source is "TheRoot" and somehow, amazingly, someone video'ed almost the whole thing. So either the Grievance Collectors on "TheRoot" are trying to racialize the sadness of a woman who has mental problems, or it's partially staged (or creatively edited.
