how awkward. :o
someone left his teleprompter at home again. :whatever: :thatsright: and The BarackStar! needs to be shown a general election
ballot, I suppose, to prove to him that george bush isn't on in for this election.
Obama: Public Thinks of McCain as POW -- I Need to Remind Them of his Policies
At a Martinsville, Virginia, town hall meeting just now, Sen. Barack Obama, D-Illinois, said that the public thinks of his opponent's war record, but it's his responsibility to remind them of his policies.
"John McCain – let’s face it – he has a compelling biography," Obama said. "He is a POW and so that is what people kind of think about instead of focusing on the fact that he wants to continue the same economic policies that George Bush has been doing for the last 8 years."
Concluded Obama, "so my job in this election is to say I honor his service, but I don't honor his policies and I don't honor his politics."

go pound sand Dumbo.
The mainstream media needs to remind the public about your flip flops and lies and your association with crooks and radicals.

So teh Obamessiah is going to educate us in McCain's policies, eh?
When is his holiness going to edjimacate us about some of HIS policies?
-
The Obama should have been a D.A. instead of a politician. Seems the only thing he does is attempt to put others on trial.

He's actually trying to pigeon hole McCain as someone who was captured and kept prisoner, as a victim. that's why it sounds so odd. i'm a hillary supporter, i watched a lot of his garbage all winter and spring, i know what he's doing. and it's ugly.
He'll take a persons strength and use it against him. just like he did to the Clinton's when he smeared them as racist cuz he needed the black vote. And he's desperate right now so he's going to try bring mccain down from a war *hero* to a POW. trust me. his campaign already tried to smear mccain as not caring about the holocaust when he needed the pro-isreal vote, and now that there is a conflict btwn Russia and Georgia he needs to cut down mccain on military experience.
And if you remember the book 1984, he's trying to change perception, he's substituting "war hero" which is what the public actually thinks of JM as, and he's trying to change it into POW. His entire campaign is straight out of 1984 and marketing books.
I'm filing this one under "doublethink" and "reality control"

How did attacking McCain's military record work out recently for Clark, who so bravely led that invasion of, um, Waco? :whatever:

Ain't gonna happen; the Ayers, Wright, and Rezko connections would be Page 1 news ad nauseum in all the MSM rags in he was a Republican.
This punk is a typical Illinois Democrat charlatan ultra left wing hack.
I can't beliieve that this country would vote for this idiot.
God help us if he's elected. I see him as the Bush Derangement Syndrome candidate.
McCain needs to take off the damn gloves off and bury this cock-a-roach.

He's not going to stop. The Obama campaign does it one bit at a time until people's perception changes. That is what he meant when he said "he doesn't know what he's in for".
McCain should have torn BHO to bits earlier on for his fake Welfare Reduction claims. Now he's going to have a harder fight on his hands.

it got him nowhere. he wasn't even invited to speak at the convention in denver.

hussein believes in change and change is good because the same is the same and change is good and is hopeful, since change is not the old same it is changeful and so we have the hopeful change.
I mean, the man has 140 days in the Senate -- what more could you ask for?

exactly.
"change" is the most ridiculously overused, and ultimately mindless campaign theme imaginable. but clinton rode that single word to the white house in 92, and so it must work :whatever:. the only problem is that it only works when ross perot is also in the race.

I think hillary was handcuffed in the primaries in ways that mccain won't be in the general. it was just an odd primary season for the democrats, and obama was such a phenomenon, and oddly untouchable there for a while.
I think The BarackStar! has got an education coming himself as to "what he is in for"; the 527s are going to strip the bark off him. and mccain himself doesn't seem to be pulling any punches.
