This idiot apparently doesn't understand the intricacies of changing an address or dialing a phone.

Have you changed your address and had your mail forwarded? Of course, but the evil Postmaster General isn't forwarding her mail.

16. i've NEVER had a problem getting through to an actual person.
sometimes the wait is 20 minutes- but i've always gotten a person, and they're generally very helpful.
But, of course, DUmmie phone lines are not "compatible" with the rest of the world.

11. yep.schedual 5 .. or something, she just mentioned it on the phone, i guess their rural phone lines
are not compatible.. she has connected but they tell her to hang up
But it's okay, because various elected officials are sitting by their phone waiting for notification that changing addresses and dialing telephones is overly complex.

2. If that's for real, call your local congresscritter
They'll take care of it.
Here's some useful advice.

4. Call your town's department of public health.
They'll have a number for you.
"Hello, Department of Public Health, how may I help you?"
"Um, I'd like to change my address."
"Have you tried calling the Post Office?"
"I would, but my phone lines aren't compatible."
Hey DUmmie, for $10 I'll make your phone lines compatible with your congresscritter so you can get them on the case. I'll also teach you how to spell "letters" and "schedule" on a T&M basis.

Heck, for $5 I'll make their phone lines compatible with the AC outlet and solve all their problems in one call.

Better hold out for more money. You'll want to upgrade their phone lines to 12 gauge wire to make sure their calls go through without any interruptions.
