Oh my.
One wonders if it'd been a white driver, or a yellow driver, the Buckeye bar-be-que primitive would've been so "understanding."
I think the real story is that the Buckeye bar-be-que primitive's wife was scared of the big black mean-looking dude.

Texting and driving has now impacted my family.
Last Saturday afternoon, my wife and stepdaughter were in my car, a Hyundai Sonata, stopped at a traffic light on a city street. BAM! They were rear-ended.
Most importantly, no one was injured. The driver of the other vehicle, a 2006 Ford Escape, got out of his truck, cellphone still in hand, and made sure they were OK. His front end was crumpled, the radiator breached, steam rising from his engine compartment, and his vehicle was undriveable. The Hyundai? Well, the only visible damage was to the JPR bumper sticker, which was completely destroyed. Other than that, there didn’t seem to be much.
Insurance information was exchanged. The other guy was a young black man, and since there were no injuries and my wife didn’t want him to risk being shot by the Cleveland Police, the cops weren’t called. Not that the Cleveland cops would have come out for something like that anyway. The guy told my wife that he ran into us because he was looking at his phone–ie texting and driving.
Then I noticed that the airbag light kept coming on, and there appeared to be minor quarter-panel damage. I decided that I didn’t want to risk the air bag deploying while I was driving 70 mph on the highway or something, so I called his insurance company. Ooops. He hadn’t paid his bill. No coverage.
I’m fortunate enough to have decent full coverage. $500 deductible, which really sucks, but we did get our tax refund so we can spring for it. So I took the car into a local body shop, established in 1952 so I reckon they’re doing something right, and got an estimate, which is way more than $500. The rear bumper of my car was pushed in, you see. The electrical system could have been damaged. The air bag? Who knows? They have to go in and check that out.
So I’ll be in a rental for a few days once the insurance adjusters do their thing, courtesy of the insurance company, and I’ll probably see my rates go up a bit for awhile. But still…anyway, that’s why I’m home today. Cars. Where I live, can’t live without ’em, and sometimes it’s damned difficult to live with ’em. I shouldn’t complain, at least I have a car, but I complain anyway.
That is just incredible, what primitives will put up with, so as to avoid any suggestion they're "racist."

Obviously the cell phone bill was paid though. Once again priorities. :banghead:

"Ohio Barbarian" seems not to think past his own driveway. His insurance company might raise his rates, but they will pursue the other driver. So his insurance company will take the civil actions "Ohio Barbarian" fancies himself too kind to do.
... my wife didn’t want him to risk being shot by the Cleveland Police.
What's her DU name? Depending on the details of OH law, she have have violated OH's vehicle code about reporting accidents. And if OH vehicle code is satisfied on her part by her or the insurance company doing an accident report, filing that accident report will entangle him with OH law (unless he reports it as well). I don't know OH law but that is how it works in CA. In addition, not having an independent witness to the aftermath, the police officer, opens "Ohio Barbarian" and wife to the other party making false claims in their accident report and responses to "Ohio Barbarian"'s insurance company. I hope the second-hand DU-Cred "Ohio Barbarian" fished for worth the risk and whatever complications do arise from Barbarian Wife's PC-choice.

God willing this will be a huge legal and financial mess for the OH wimparian and his partner (no self-respecting DUmmie has a spose of the opposite sex unless said spouse is a trannie). If God smiles then it will include jail time.

Can hardly wait for the follow on installment to this story when the inevitable

is returned on the paperwork. Seems like every time I submitted a claim one of the questions was: Has an accident report been made and submitted?

OK, so a SUV hits a mid-sized car, but the truck is "undrivable" and the car is (seemingly) fine. That would be rather unusual I would think.
And if the black male's car was undrivable, why not call the police? He's not going anywhere and they'll probably show up anyway. Probably the police got several calls from other drivers who reported the accident.

There were no gun humper NRA members around to shoot the guy either?
The insurance company can try to sue the guy, they will get a wrecked car and an obama phone. Good luck with that.
So his wife's "good deed" leaves this guy out there to have another wreck with some other poor slob. :thatsright:

I still think he was a big black dude, and so the wife was scared of him.
Remember how primitives disguise base motives, base behavior, as noble acts.
She was scared of him, but "forgave" him because he was black.
Or if he was a small black dude who didn't scare her, she or her husband made it seem as if they magnanimously let him alone to prove they're not "racist."

"The other guy was a young black man, and since there were no injuries and my wife didn’t want him to risk being shot by the Cleveland Police, the cops weren’t called."
Seriously?
Dear God in Heaven. The police aren't a bunch of evil racists just looking for any excuse they can get to kill a black guy. There's no way in Hell that a cop would gun down a presumably unarmed black guy in front of witnesses over a traffic accident with no injuries!

You speak of the real world, not DUmmie-World.

I wasn't prepared for that level of stupidity today.
But...I also think it's a made up story. Because liberals lie, all the time, even when they don't need to. Also, who would freely admit to texting and driving resulting in an accident? Doesn't add up.
I think this self-serving primitive is full of it. Racist too.

There's more than meets the eye.
They're in a precision built armored foreign import with a US printed bumper sticker.
They're hit by a flimsy US made (didn't take bail-out) Ford which is destroyed aĺong with the US made sticker.
Foreign made = superior. The more socialistic, the better.
US made = always inferior. None union shops are especially evil.

Exactly. The insurance company will try to recover their funds through subrogation, and the DUmpass is left paying more out of his pocket every month.
Win! :rotf:
