Ive been watching that thread. The gun supporters are trying to have reasoned debate, but the anti’s want nothing to do with it. Laughing it off as ‘gunsplaining’ whatever the hell that is.
Either you have facts or you don’t and for a group of people who like to describe themselves as a ‘fact based’ community, they damn sure choose to be completely ignorant of firearms, and at the same time want to be the ones telling us what we can and cannot own.
Yeah ... that’s not going to work.

In fact, I don't believe a true Democrat would vote for GOPers even if guns were completely banned (which isn't going to happen).
