DACA=no
CHIP=yes

At least I hope so. I am not a fan of CHIP (it is redundant) but it is probably bad political optics to kill it.

Children's Health Insurance Program. That's about all I know about it, I'm sure there are a lot of opinions about the upside/downside and costs, but I'm not informed enough to plant a flag on it myself.
