Advertisements [?]would "leave us alone and go get W ". They were sort of shocked and said "she is wishing that the mosquito's would attack our president?" And I, not wanting to get into a big political discussion said "well you know we are pretty upset with W since her cousin fought in Iraq for a year and then was sent to Afghanistan and we worried and prayed the whole time. We have not gotten over it and tend to wish every pestilence that presents itself to us on him." They did not say anything in response.

I wonder if my loathing for W has not gone too far. Perhaps I should be more careful what I say around her. What do you guys think?

3. It's a bit much, yes.
It's not that Dubya doesn't deserve some pestilence, but it makes you look a little batty. And when people look you and I allow ourselves to look batty, Bush and his pals win.

I'd say it might be good to discourage that sort of thing in the future.

5. Oh geez, you've GOT to be kidding!
Wishing BUG BITES on a mass murder makes a person look "Batty"??? I think you're a bit lacking in your outrage. Do you recall-even in the slightest- the crap the Right Wing wished on Clinton and every other Dem in the past 15 years? They were even saying that it was a shame that Kennedy didn't get brain cancer SOONER, and Ann Coulter suggested that Liberals be "rounded up and brought into stadiums to be shot, so that they can see that they can be killed too". Now THAT'S "batty"!

20. Shut your mouth. You CAN'T and SHOULDN't shut your mouth when it comes to this.
God (if there is one) Bless. You're raising a wonderful child and daughter with critical thinking. Of course, I'm thinking the "pestilence" dance was a result of thinking on your feet. Still, if it came up before, you've got a great parrot on your hands.

You have taught your child not only hatred but also that such deep hatred is justifiable when it is in terms of disagreement with your politics.
What else at some point will your daughter decide will also justify her hatred?

Perhaps at some point she will grow tired of a life of bitterness and seek a more positive outlook.

Perhaps in 15 years she will be posting about how she never had a chance in life, how ruined things are for her and how it is everyone elses fault.....and all the meds she needs to keep from being sucidial and depressed all day long.

Nice job mom or dad.

Wow. Insane much? I'm surprised they didn't accuse the VWRC of sending out disease ridden mosquitos.

Hmm....I'll be back later :-)

We tried, but even mosquitos have standards.  They won't touch a DUmmie.   :thatsright:

I have arrived at the conclusion that, yes, DUmmies are born and made worse by their parents.

I have been rather neutral around my son until a year or so ago. He seemed to come out the womb rightwinged. He listens to Rush, I don't. He watches "FOX" when he can, I don't. I got the way I am all on my own and he seems to be doing the same thing. Whenever he gets to far to the right I calm him down, kind of bring him back a notch or two but never to the point a libber would call him "Centrist". A "Centrist" by liberal definition is somewhere between leftwing to extreme liberal....just short of a moonbat "Marxist".

The Lorelei wannabe is quite possibly the DUmbest person at the camp ground. Every one, and I mean every one of her posts leave me scratching my head (It's not dandruff. I bathe on a regular basis). She views the world through the eyes of a 10 year old.

The lorelei primitive was the one P-J Comix was interested about, when she posted some allegations that policemen had "chased" "black people" away from the polls in Florida in November 2000.

She posted this story about six months ago.

She's allegedly a college professor, middle-aged.  Her style is very much like that of that one female college professor in Arizona (or Oregon) a few years ago, who threatened some guy and his small daughter on the internet, and despite court orders, persisted in hounding him and threatening his daughter.

She's nuts, no doubt about it.

For a group of people who profess to be "peace-love-and-happiness"......teaching a child to hate and pray for bad things to happen to people....

Hmmmmm....sounds familiar.....raising a child to be a terrorist.

In their tiny little brains it's not hate if it's directed against a conservative.  It's just protected self expression.   :whatever:

Most of us at 10 had more mature worldviews than the DUmmie does now.

They're so proud when their offspring do nothing more than parrot their own words.  Critical thinking, my a$$.

I felt a pang of guilt when MY 7 y/o saw Hillary on TV during the primaries and yelled, "eewwwww!  I don't want her to win."  My husband asked, "Uh, why is that?"  "Because Mommy says she'll take all our money and give it to lazy people."

OK, so I did say that.  :-) Now I try to keep my mouth shut, because there's NO WAY any 7 year old has enough life experience to make an informed decision about politicians.  Hence the moonbat child wishing pestilence on our President.

I figure I haven't influenced her much at all; the other day she decided she liked Obama because "he looks nice".  I'll leave it at that.

The only thing your 7 year old should know is that "W" is the president, you shouldn't burden your CHILD with your asinine political views.

And aren't you glad you live in such a wonderful country guarded by the likes of George Bush and our brave men and women in uniform where your child can SAFELY "oppose the regime" instead of one of your socialist wonderlands like Cuba or Hugoland where your child would not be allowed to "oppose the regime" and live?
