When that extra few bucks starts showing up in paychecks.. What do we do to make sure people
see their $5, 10 or 20 bucks and think, "Yeah, but (their most spoiled 'rich person') got 30 THOUSAND.
Big whoop. I can switch from generic to name brand.
I trust that there are Democratic number crunchers working hard on this right now. Right?
They are absolutely terrified that people are going to get to keep some of their own money. But that can’t be allowed to stand as the narrative because NO DEMOCRATICS votes for it. OMG!!! What are they going to do when the checks start rolling in?!

I'll make about $100/month more.
That's about $300/month more than the Dems would allow me to keep.
I also look forward to insurance premiums reverting back to pre-ObamaCoup levels as that misbegotten law fades away.

I'm not sure what the effect will be on my paycheck, but for the sake of this post I'll suppose it will be $100 per month. I get paid twice a month, so what could that $50 in a single paycheck do? I wear a particular well known brand's upper middle grade running shoe both for everyday wear and for road and flattish trail races, two pair of shoes. At their outlet on the clearance rack I usually find something suitable for $30-$40 dollars. So that first paycheck could buy me a pair of shoes, with $$ left over; one month's paychecks could buy two pair of shoes plus a pair of the good quality inexpensive jeans I wear.
Implicit in this practical calculation is the fact that I do not envy "the rich". That's part of what makes me "Deplorable", I suppose.

I haven't looked at the new law at all. BUT- anything that causes the DUmpmonkiez to howl in frustration is good news to me.

Everything I've read says 80%+ will be seeing tax cuts. Some large, some not as large, but it will show up on the paycheck. The DUmmies know it and are terrified after they, and the MSM, tried to scare the entire nation and 'warn' us that they're not tax cuts, but actually tax increases.
The DUmmies didn't think it would pass and now that it has, the whole country is going to see them for the liars they are. All they have left is to figure out 'tactics' and 'spin' to make it look like they knew something they didn't. Some of them see the writing on the wall for November.
