We should start using Merry Christmas as our daily greeting.

We should Merry Christmas each other and everybody we meet. Instead of saying hello or thanks or really for any type of greeting. At the store or the game or and work. Just Merry Christmas them to death. Like everyday of the year. We ought to smile when we say it. Man I think it would Piss them off. Just think of it, 10-12 Merry Christmas's a day.

By next August I think they might just get it.

 :thatsright: Jesus... uh...yeah... that's brilliant.

1. except during the last 2 weeks of December, switch to "Season's Greetings" for everything...a guy Merry Christamased at me today and i couldn't even answer at all, i just grunted. i already have problems using "great" as an adjective anymore, so now we have one more phrase completely ruined for me. this whole "winning" thing really sucks ass, but Trump was right about one thing -- i'm sure tired of it all.

Sure... there is no leftist war of Christmas... none at all.

How sad a person do you have o be to get pissed off because someone wishes you a Merry Christmas... on Christmas.  :loser:

3. Oh, I work in a clinic and get "Merry Christmased"all the time by patients. I smile and thank them and return the greeting by saying "And you enjoy your holidays, too" even though I'm an atheist. They don't do it out of hatefulness; it's an attempted nicetie, so why not reply in kind. Besides, it takes less energy to smile and is easier on the old blood pressure.

4. i just couldn't even manage a verbal response

not even a work thing - i was walking the dog in a park.

i can't say it now, can't respond to it, it feels like poison on my larynx.

Well, hopefully you die soon and it will all be over...

Many of the DUmmies are way past atheism. They are anti-Christian, yet they worship Moloch and they tolerate the pedophile Mohammed, Satan's prophet.

Hateful "atheists" are not atheists at all.  They hate God and they hate Jesus.  You cannot hate that which you do npt believe exists.

Were they true atheists they would not care what others believe since it would have no meaning in the long run anyway.

Not only are they theists but they are in fact back door christians (small "c") in that they believe in Jesus but angrily reject Him.

I have no problem with this. If every day was like Christmas the world might be a better place.

Merry Christmas, Libs.

6. Christian privilege.

Some privilege.

You would never go to an Arab country and spew "Muslim privilege."

Or go to an Asian nation and grouse, "Buddhist privilege."

Or go to India and snip, "Hindu privilege."

Or go to some Marxist country and vomit, "Atheist privilege."

No, you're bigotry is reserved exclusively for Christians.

Turn stupid bigotry inside out and it's slightly stupider bigotry.

::) Unlike DU-folk, evidently, Christians are capable of respecting those with whom we disagree. ::) So if that's some sort of "privilege" I'll proudly own it and wear it. ::)

Laffy Kat being the voice of reason, weird.

If a Christian wishes me Merry Christmas, I reciprocate.  If a Jew wishes me Happy Hannukkah, I'll say 'And to you, too!'  If a Muslim gives me a salutation like good wishes for Eid al Futr, I wish blessings back to them.  If a Pagan tells me happy Solstice, Yule, Saturnalia, or Turning of the Wheel, I give them back the same.  It's not about me or trumpeting my own beliefs, it's about being civil, polite, and helping the other person to feel good and not break their mood or try to ruin their good cheer.

This is what separates conservatives from primitives. :cheersmate: :fuelfire:

Well now, that's a good point, but honestly the only Black people I've ever seen who celebrate it were on TV.
