As far as I can tell Trump legally cannot fire Mueller

So why does the media ask him and ask rhetorically if he will do exactly that?

As far as I can tell, DUmmy Kingofalldems is mentally retarded.

So why do the DUers constantly debate the same stupid question over and over?

1. Rosenstein can fire Mueller, moron can fire Rosenstein

so it gets sticky.

kind of like Nixon's Sat night massacre & we know where that went.

If Trimp wants Mueller out, the guess what?

3. To me 'firing Mueller' is a right wing talking point.

And it's now being used by the media

To the sane world Kingofalldems is a mental patient who repeats the left wing fake news over and over.

5. Since when does Trump follow the law or care about what is legal?

That is why I don't understand when people say Trump cannot do this or that.
Trump does what he pleases.

That's not the only thing you don't understand.

13. He can fire Sessions...

...and appoint an interim AG (who isn't Rosenstein). Since that interim hasn't had to recuse himself as Sessions did, he can take control of the investigation back from Rosenstein, fire Mueller, and announce that, since he's now in charge of the investigation, he's reviewed the evidence and concluded that nobody did anything wrong. Move along, noting to see here.

What Trump is going to do is pull the support out from under Mueller which will cause him to crash from under his own weight.

16. He can order a subordinate to fire Mueller...

...just like Nixon couldn't fire Cox, but could order his AG to do so.

Don't you have some kind of DNC policy/fundraising/strategy/fundraising/fundraising/fundraising meeting to attend?

geezus.. these idiots.
Trump isn't going to fire Mueller unless he is busted red-handed.
Trump wants this circus over with, dimocrats want it to run perpetually.
Firing the jackass would mean this whole thing has to start all over again.
No... ain't happnin unless there is something SO blatant that Trump has no choice

But, I think that it would definitely be against President Trump's interests to fire Mueller.  Why?  Because the more we find out about just who Mueller has hired to do his hatchet job, the less credibility that Mueller has with the American voting public.  The perception is that Mueller has nothing on the Trump team.  What were the two guilty pleas for?  Lying to the FBI, not anything that is related to collusion.  Besides, is there a Federal statute against collusion? :whistling:

I don't think mueller has anything on President Trump relating to collusion.  That was and is absurd on its face.  The DC establishment is fighting back the only way they know how... and that is to take down the people that he had around him for crimes totally unrelated to the investigation that probably half of DC has done at sometime or another.  Scandals of any kind tend to kill a politician.

Except it just does not seem to be working this time because he is not a politician.  And that has the DC establishment scared shitless.  That is why we sent him to DC.
