Title: something for MrsCorpio to consider
Post by: franksolich on September 29, 2017, 02:19:11 PM
You know, Lamond, the authenticator of "blackness" to the primitives, has always had a problem differentiating who's "black" and who's "not black" in American society, the primary example of this being what, exactly, to call a recent president who's more white like franksolich than black like Lamond.

One of the funnier instances are where he gets caught up in some newsworthy accomplishment of someone with black skin--a college honors student, for example--only later to be told this is an African black, an immigrant, not an American black, who's most likely to have been here a couple of centuries longer than franksolich's own antecedents.

Lamond's got to think about that, why it is.  Maybe it's because blacks of African derivation are studying rather than shooting each other up like blacks of American derivation, or because the former doesn't disconsolately sit around like the latter, whining about the white man's "oppression."

Black Student Group Complains Ivy League School Is Letting In Too Many African Students

Cornell University’s Black Students United demanded the university start recruiting more black American students because the campus has too many African and Caribbean students Wednesday.

Black Students United, a group for students identifying with the African diaspora, handed the university president a list of twelve demands, with one of them dealing with the disproportionate representation of African students compared to black students on the campus.

“We demand that Cornell Admissions to come up with a plan to actively increase the presence of underrepresented Black students on this campus. We define underrepresented Black students as Black Americans who have several generations (more than two) in this country,” the group stated in their demands.....

There are several ethnic prejudices and bigotries common among American blacks that the MSM kind of sweeps under the rug.

* Antisemitism is very common, the Crown Heights riot being an extreme example;

* Resentment of East Asian people is very common (and possibly South Asian as well);

* Caribbean and now African blacks are resented.

The common characteristics?

1. All are distinct minorities. East & South Asian people and Caribbean & African blacks are visibly obvious non-whites. Many Jewish people wear distinctive clothing and/or observe distinctive customs.

2. A high percentage of these minorities achieve academic and/or economic success through hard work.

3. A high percentage of these minorities eschew the race-identity and victim mentalities that damages many American blacks beyond the wildest fantasies of KKK morons.

In other words, these minorities are walking personified, Why can't you do this?!" rebukes.

^^^relevant points, well put, that MrsCorpio need consider.  But he won't.
