Moore wins Republican Senate primary, dealing blow to GOP establishment
somehow the DUmpmonkiez think this is good for them...
For conservative opponents of the current Republican leadership, the victory was a godsend — literally, for many — and a validation of the larger effort to replace the current leadership of the Republican Party with a more populist crowd.
yup.

2. I think Jones could win this
In a perfect storm. If Dems really pull out all of the stops to GOTV, and get a percentage of moderate republicans, and disgruntled Strange voters staying home, they could pull this out.
Or am I pipe dreaming?

5. Youre dreaming.
The dark lord Satan himself could run as a Republican and he’d win in a landslide here.

6. Moore is a complete nut case and possibly a big problem for Trump
If Moore wins in December.
Think Trump can count on Moore in an Impeachment trial? After coming to Alabama to campaign for his opponent?
Moore would probably love to put fellow Doomsday Cult Theocrat, Pense, in charge of the Armageddon Button.

7. Moore will win because Alabama is a christofascist state.
Between the evangelicals and rascists he's got it sewn up.
The sad thing is people like him delegitimizes government advocating it works against them instead of working for the people. Charlatans like twitler and Moore step into that void.

Isn't she a "teacher". Christians in her school district need to pull their children out of any school she teaches at, for their safety. She's a raving bigot!

If so, parents could file complaints against the kimbuttgear loon.
This could be a well deserved earwig walldudding. :yahoo:

The DU-folk who are aware that Trump had endorsed Moore's opponent seem unaware that Trump called Moore yesterday to congratulate him. If Moore wins he will probably make the Senate a little more conservative and give DU-folk fresh reasons to hate him.
I don't like public doxxing, generally, but kim's post went beyond unprofessional. She cannot be trusted not to act out her bigotry.

Yeah, she's a public-school teacher of young children.
I forget where, though.
She's kind of, uh, chunky too.

That pic of her at the London Tower Bridge isn't too hard on the eyes, but it may or may not be recent. If she's gotten ovoid it might make rolling her somewhere where she cannot harm the children of people she hates.

I saw some of the ads between the two of them. They BOTH talked about how they donated to the Trump campaign, and how much they agree with him on policy. It was weird.

You're definitely crack pipe dreaming, Kevin.
Your Democrat candidate is on record, as of just a couple of weeks ago, saying that abortion should literally be permissible up to and through labor, and that he would fight to make that law nation-wide. That's an absolute kiss of death in Alabama. Even the relatively few people who consider themselves liberals there would stand for that. He may as well have said that he was going to outlaw SEC football.
Roy Moore is a hero in Alabama. Remember: this is the guy that the atheist Left got kicked off of the Alabama supreme court, and he came back the next time around and won re-election by a bigger margin than he had won previously. Frankly, he doesn't even have to campaign at this point. The race is already over.
But, maybe Will Pitt can promise DUmmies that he'll "deliver Alabama for the Senate" like he did back in '04, promising that Alabama would go for Kerry. :rotf:

Correct me if I'm wrong but it sounds like Moore and Strange were not hugely different and there wasn't the Hillbot-Bernbot-style nastiness of kevink077's :stoner: dream.

That's pretty much correct. There was a bunch of manufactured "strife" in the primary: Trump backed Strange and Ben Carson backed Moore, for example. But Kevin here is absolutely out of his tree if he thinks that Alabama is going to vote for some far-Left loon. Ain't gonna happen.
