Mitch McConnell failed. Now what?
I've always wondered if there isn't some blackmail material hanging over McConnell's head. He clearly knew that what he was trying to foist off would simply be passed immediately by the House, but he kept on and on...
Have consequences been threatened if he didn't get a repeal bill through the Senate? Will there be retaliation against him for this failure? I don't know. I also don't know what sort of blackmail evidence is out there, but I would be far from surprised if there weren't some skeletons in Mitch's closet.

IKR? Sometimes a cigar is just a cigar ... unless Bill Clinton is holding it. The Rs' slim majority in the Senate is sabotaged by Mo-o-o-o-o-oderate Rs.

Exactly. OhBummer!Care was designed to fail. Trump screwed up this backdoor to government-run "healthcare" by beating Hilliary. So now more and more parts of the country will have no insurance plans offered on OhBummer!Care exchanges, and people without medium-to-large company health plans will be unable to buy a plan. Repealing OhBummer!Care would have prevented that designed-in chaos, but Mo-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-oooooderate Rs refuse to see that, as do Ds.
