Several threads on the island about how dangerous it is to be a lib and right in the middle of the frenzy someone had the nerve to ask for info...

I know about Bill Gwatney's murder, the shootings at that UU church in Knoxville, and the anthrax letters in 2001. Please refresh my memory. How many others have there been in recent years?

Figured it would be at least 50 posts within minutes.

4. We don't know that Gwatney's murder was political in nature.
They're still investigating to see if it was business-related.

It was a mugging not fag-bashing.

LARAMIE, Wyo. (Court TV) — Armed with his incriminating confession to robbery, a Wyoming jury convicted Aaron McKinney of first-degree felony murder and second-degree murder in the 1998 beating death of gay student Matthew Shepard. The jury acquitted McKinney of first-degree premeditated murder, but convicted him of aggravated robbery and kidnapping.

Have they mentioned the other church shootings, like those in Colorado?  I'm guessing not...those were probably "freepers," and certainly "fundies" and therefore deserved to die.   ::)

Life is a risk. People who wait for others to protect them and their rights are at greater risk than those who chose to protect themselves.

Life is a risk. People who wait for others to protect them and their rights are at greater risk than those who chose to protect themselves.

Indeed, and what most of us here take issue with the liberal mindset over.
The notion that government is somehow the caretaker of personal happiness.

In this case it is once again to highlight the utter silliness DU as they wail in outrage and yearnings of oppression but cannot cite hardly any example where it is true.

Perhaps you have seen that too while wandering the island but if not it is quite an interesting phenomena.
We beg for a list of Presidential "crimes" (violations of written legal statutes) yet they are never forthcoming, only references to political differences and vague postings about "too many to cite","shredding the Constitution" and so on.
