Am I the only one who believes that Trump
would lie under oath without breaking a sweat? Lying is effortless and automatic in his daily speech. He has gotten away with it for his whole life and surely thinks he can continue.

3. Of course, he will. It's natural for him.
But he will be caught by his lies, since so much of what he's said is in his tweets, or in the taped stuff from the tube.
He won't be able to deny what he's said before, since so much of it is on the record.
No way out.

17. Yes! A post here (or was it a tweet i read?! who can keep up, eh?!) pointed out
that a crack prosecutor could ask dft so many questions so quick his hair would literally just fall off his head. BAM, caught, DONE.
And Lordy, that Robert S. Mueller III is handpicking the best, sharpest, most experienced team of veteran prosecutors ever assembled under one banner, EVER!!
So good luck with all that, lil donnie...oh, and btw, NY AG Eric Schneiderman? He knows where you live, know what I'm sayin?

10. He's repeatedly lied under oath in depositions in civil cases.
It's very rare that people are prosecuted for lying in depositions, even though it's technically perjury. What usually happens is if the case goes to trial their deposition testimony can be used to impeach their trial testimony on cross-examination, but that's about it. Trump's litigation almost always settles after his lawyers have made it financially impossible for his opponent to continue to trial, so he has always gotten away with lying under oath in depositions, with the result that making statements under oath means nothing to him.
But this is a whole different ball game, and he hasn't figured that out yet. He soon will, though - the hard way.

13. He would be able to lie with prepaired statements or to a rally crowd but he would never be able to
keep his lies straight under questioning. The most rookie investigator or prosecutor would easily be able to break him in an interrogation or cross-examination.
Needless to say any "under oath" questioning will handled in writing through his lawyer.

Change Trump to Bill and/or Hillary Clinton, or even Dear Leader, and the primitive would definitely be making stronger case.

I'm sure President Trump is completely petrified by you dummies. :lmao:
Look dummies... I'll explain it to you. President Trump is loudly leading the DC establishment, along with their media supporters, with his left hand (tweets) while his right hand (agency leaders) are quietly dismantling the obumbles regime regulations.
I call that pretty smart operating. Give it a year and you idiots will wake up one day and wonder what happened.
