Dems want Hillary Clinton to leave spotlight [View all]
BY AMIE PARNES - 06/04/17 10:30 AM EDT
Democrats say they’d like Hillary Clinton to take a cue from former President Obama and step out of the spotlight.
They say her string of remarks explaining her stunning loss in November coupled with the public remarks blaming the Democratic National Committee for the defeat — which many took as also critical of Obama — are hurting the party and making the 2016 candidate look bitter.
The Hill interviewed more a dozen Democrats about Clinton’s remarks, including many staunch Clinton supporters and former aides.
They said they understood the need for Clinton to explain what happened in the election, and many also empathized with Clinton’s anger over former FBI Director James Comey’s handling of a probe into her private email server.

Bullshit! If nothing else, she'll be a terrific fundraiser.
Didn't read the whole article, but I refuse to take advice from Repubs, especially when it doesn't make any sense.
So, the Democrats are now Republicans?

70. She was not my first choice, but she should not shut up or go away
We need her voice and the voices of each and every prominent Dem to keep hammering at what is happening.
Obama made a choice to be quiet, doesn't mean she has to make the same one.
The Schism is happening.

That horse is three states away now, still galloping, and the barn burned to ash months ago.

The great thing about all-in loony-Progs like DU is that whenever they see/hear excellent advice they don't want to hear, they'll reliably ignore it, to their hurt, and repeat the same stupidity over and over. With that preface ...
This registered Republican wants Hillary to be out there: whining about Russian conspiracies; whining about being a victim of misogyny; slamming the Democrat Party ( :-) ) for not supporting her enough; looking and sounding totally whiny, entitled, and bitter; sucking up the oxygen from Democrat candidates for the 2018 Congressional election and from potential Democrat candidates for President.
Hillary probably lacks the stamina to be out and about as much as I wish she would be. As for being a "terrific fundraiser", there's nothing in it for her, and the Democrat Party failed her twice. If she raises funds, it'll be for the Hillary Clinton Pantsuits & Depends foundation.

Really? Obama has been in the news almost as much as Hillary has been lately.

Say WHAT????
When did Bathhouse Barry ever leave the spotlight? The SOB didn't even have the decency to leave DC,and it seems like he is holding a press conference every couple of days to criticize Trump.
