Only today they have global communications and social media, and far superior weapons.

I don't think enough is being done to pressure influential world Islamic leaders to publicly denounce ISIS. To the point of calling a fatwa on them. To declare they are the apostates, they are the blasphemers of Islam. I don't mean mild statement after the fact. I mean a world conference for these leaders, a loud cohesive, united declaration that anyone that joins ISIS and kills innocents will go to hell (or whatever their equivalent is).

I think many 'moderate' world Muslim leaders are riding the coat tails of ISIS, and other radical groups quietly, 20 paces behind. Mumbling their objections. They see ISIS etc.. as clear cutting the land for them, so they can then go in and plant new trees.

and the west grew out of it. Islam is still the hate filled cult it was 800 years ago.

Well, if anyone thinks it strange why I make such a point about Libs & Progs not knowing what a Fundamentalist really is, this DU thread illustrates it. By changing the meaning of just one word they make a problem inherent in and peculiar to Islam include Christians.

These murderers and bombers are not "Fundamentalists", they're Muslims faithful to the Qur'an.

I'm just amazed that Trump is not blamed for making the muzzies go off on another mass killing spree.
