Two Arab countries have pledged to donate $100 million towards a fund designed for women entrepreneurs proposed by the president’s eldest daughter and adviser Ivanka Trump, according to a report.
Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates will contribute $100 million towards the World Bank’s Women Entrepreneurs Fund, which Ivanka proposed, the Wall Street Journal reported.

Ivanka Trump praises Saudi Arabia's progress on women's rights
Ivanka Trump's comments came at a forum at which World Bank President Jim Yong Kim announced that Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates have pledged a combined $100 million towards a proposed $1 billion global women's entrepreneurship fund — an initiative pushed by Ivanka Trump and German Chancellor Angela Merkel.
“We thought it was a fantastic idea," Kim said. “But we had no idea how quickly this would build. This is really a stunning achievement. I’ve never seen anything come together so quickly, and I really have to say that Ivanka’s leadership has been tremendous.”

Report: Saudi Arabia, UAE Will Donate $100M to Ivanka Trump-Proposed Women Entrepreneurs Fund
The first daughter, along with German Chancellor Angela Merkel, proposed the idea for the $1 billion fund to the World Bank, USA Today reported.
The proposed fund would be controlled entirely by the World Bank, which means Ivanka would not be involved in the fund’s management or solicit funds for the initiative, but she would remain an advocate for the project, Bloomberg Politics reported.

NPR's article about this has a tease that compares this charity fund to the Clinton Foundation, as if they were somehow moral equivalents. A Prog FB friend posted it, probably sucked in by NPR's clickbait-grade tease. The very first sentence of NPR's article stated that it is a world bank fund! I pointed this out in a response.
