Watch for Trump to Faint at Some Point This Week
Trump's not doing well on this extended international trip. He got seriously exhausted in Saudi Arabia and had to cancel at least one event. He's 70 years old. I'm 71, and probably like Trump, take a couple of blood pressure medications, including a beta blocker. I can do everything I used to do, but not for as long and not with as much energy.
But, I'm not obese, I eat well, stay hydrated, and I'm physically active throughout the day. Still, between jet lag, not enough sleep, crappy food and plenty of pressure to perform, Trump is seriously not bearing up well so far. Worse he's not in complete control of what he may have to do from time to time.
One of the most difficult age-related and medication related things for me is standing still in one place for long periods of time. What Trump is facing this week is a lot of doing just that. When I do that, it's not uncommon for me to feel faint, due to blood pooling in my lower body. The beta blocker slows the heart rate and keeps blood pressure lower. The combination produces predictable results. I've learned that at the first sign of light-headedness to stop just standing there and move around to get the blood circulating better, or sit down for a few minutes. That works, but may be impractical for Trump on a number of occasions.
So, keep an eye on the old guy. Watch for him to get a little pale looking, a little wobbly, and a little more clumsy with words. When you see that, start counting, because he's close to going down. Giving a speech, standing in a photo op line with other world leaders, and other situations are hazardous for him on this trip.
I'm betting he drops at some point during the trip. He'll recover, but will need to leave and rest for a while. I put the probability of this happening at about 75% this week. Watch. He doesn't have the STAMINA for this trip.

MM shouldn't blame his meds for lack of stamina. I'm on similar meds and do half marathons, all since being on the meds; last year at a 6-hour endurance event I walked ~18 1/2 miles in 5 1/2 hours (I stopped then for other commitments). I've signed up for the 12 hour event this year, and hope to go over 20 miles. It ain't the meds, MM, it's you; and wrt Trump, it's your wishful thinking.

As far as I can see, he has shown no such symptoms.

Whatever the cause - and the "walking pneumonia" excuse is L-A-M-E, pun intended - The CHILL collapsed after standing on a platform in mid-70s weather. Standing! Mid-70s! Trump was active for 2 days in 90-105 degree weather (in and out of A/C is a special stress of its own!).
I realize HillBots are still bitter from that episode in the campaign, and are trying to pull-start a 25th Amendment issue, but this is lame and silly.
