Well I finally got my wife to D/L some of the pics from our vacation back in late June early July.
One of the beaches/reefs we went snorkling at. It's next to Secret Beach, and the point in the background is near Queen Emmas Bath.

Me (I hate this pic I'm squinting from the wind and overcast skies) and the kidlet about 3/4 of a mile along the Napali Coast trail.

My daughter surfing at Hanalei Bay. This, I believe, was her first try! As a dancer, the instructor said this isn't a rare thing, they have great balance.

One of the better sunsets.

My wife's birthday is the 4th of July, so we headed to Hanalei Bay where they allow you to set off fireworks. She said it was one of the best BD's she's had.

Hard to tell, but this is a little later with the fireworks all around the bay.

I'm not sure what kind of tree this is, but they were in bloom, just incredible.

Some sunsets can leave you speechless. Taken at the Princeville Hotel.

The least endangered animal on the island!

Those are great pics! I'm jealous!

Love the pics, Wineslob. I absolutely love that sunset photo, though. :)

WOW. What an amazing family trip, I am just a tad jealous! Those pictures are breathtaking, thank you for sharing them with us.
Welcome back.

We weren't supposed to do this, but the NeNe (geese) were a real treat. They hiss at almost anything, but once you give them a tidbit, they'll eat out of your hand.
