The DNC chair, bernie, all tried to elect a dimocrat mayor in Omaha. They lost.
BUT...over at the DUmp, not if it was a RW newspaper that says so...

Omaha Democrats lose mayor's race;
state party chair faults DNC Chairman Tom Perez

It's unfortunate that in their gusto to smear and discredit one of the loudest and most popular progressives voices in the US they gave a Republican another election... well done.

Yup. They do that shit all the time and it kills me. I love watching them eat up stuff from some 'news' source they like, but if it comes from a real news source; "Nope, not listening!! Lalalalalalalalala"

I could do more, but those are from just page 1 of the News tab when I Googled "democratic state party chair nebraska". DU-folks issue isn't with the Washington Examiner, but with not wanting to hear that Abortion Orthodoxy ultra-purity probably cost the Ds a winnable mayor-ship.

I'm becoming somewhat concerned for my fellow Nebraskan.
He hasn't posted on Manny's message board for four days now, and before that never dropped any clue he'd be gone, which is unlike him. As we all know, the big guy likes to brag about when he's going away, as if anyone cares.
It wasn't the last time, but it was the time before that time, that the big guy explained away his absence by alleging some sort of domestic battle with poor dear Marta, which he apparently lost, because he wasn't snorting and bragging.
Maybe he got into another knock-out-drag-out with poor dear Marta, or maybe he's in the final throes of terminality, too far gone to post any more.

When I was at the lab, I worked with a PhD. who was that way. When I told him once that the source for the Fox News articles was the Associated Press, he shut right up.

FNC headline: "Water scientifically proven to be wet."
DUmmie: "Bullshit reich wing source! Everyone knows water is dry!"

When I was at the lab, I worked with a PhD. who was that way. When I told him once that the source for the Fox News articles was the Associated Press, he shut right up.
Years ago we had some nutter on NU who wouldn't even be shut up with that. I don't even remember what it was, but some story that was allegedly proven demonstrably false and that was "proof" that FNC was never, ever correct. When it was pointed out that the article that he was citing was actually an AP article, and that literally dozens of other sources had carried the exact same story, he still swore up and down that it was somehow proof that everything FNC has ever reported is a lie. Eventually even the hard Leftists on NU told him to blow it out his ass, and he still wouldn't listen.
None so blind, I suppose....

Frankly, it doesn't take a pronouncement from the Commentariat and Punditocracy to figure out that the Ds' jerking the support rug on Mello a few weeks before the election hurt him badly in the ballot box. Even I knew and predicted that, and I'm not sufficiently astute to aspire to the Commentariat, let alone the Punditocracy! So bridling at linking to WashEx is silly and petty, an attempt to avoid the glaringly obvious fact that Pro-Abortion Orthodoxy sells poorly in most of the country, and is often an albatross around Ds' necks.

Yep.
The more rabid Democrats, liberals, and primitives get about "abortion rights" over human rights, the more they seem to lose.
If Jugs for example were as smart as she thinks she is, she'd realize it.

He's still missing in action; my guess is that poor dear long-suffering Marta decked him a good one with the rolling pin.
