Comey is going to testify tomorrow in a closed session of the Senate Intelligence Committee

Subpoenas are being issued, indictments have been handed down. Trump is desperately trying to hold back the tide of history with his bare hands. And failing. Miserably. In public.

I have said this before: Comey is a White Hat.

Oh geezuz.

Why do the primitives get all upset and bent out of shape over the most trivial things?

Personally I think Comey went to painful lengths to try and keep the FBI out of the political battle, to the point of bending too far over to avoid charging Hitlery (Though only he and Lynch know how much he was leaned on to do that), but in the process he managed to piss off literally everyone on both sides.  No matter how good his intentions, he really isn't capable of leading the FBI because nobody in either the Administration or the Opposition trusts him anymore.

To the dumpsters, unfortunately Comey will not be testifying tomorrow.
As soon as he is brought back from California he will be taken out to the rose garden and shot. :trump:
Then J Edgar Hoover will be exhumed and reinstated as head of the FBI and hillary AKA Cankles will be put on trial for treason. She will not be president. :lmao:

I have to disagree. The FBI had that handful of Flynn phone calls for 3-5 months, and only Monday announced there was nothing improper in them. It should have taken them less than a day to listen to them and realize that, and maybe another bureaucrat-day to communicate that up the chain of command. The rest of that time was just bowing to D and MSM pressure to keep their Russia-Hacked-the-Election on life support.

Declining to push to prosecute The CHILL for security violations that would have a normal person in prison for years, if not decades? Another politics-driven decision.

I'm not saying Comey was partisan, just that he bowed to politics in some of his key decisions.

I've put $20K down that Trump will be indicted in 24 business hours. Looking at my new old classic convertible right now when that pays off.

I have seen this meme on many news sites in the comment sections.  As I understand it grand jury subpoenas for business records were issued for associates of Flynn.  Now it has been a long, long time since I took my civil and criminal justice class back in the tenth grade but I still seem to remember that the grand jury has to indict AFTER they hear the evidence and subpoenas are part of the evidence collection the prosecutor presents.   Did I miss something?

If not, Fire-Comeymas is in store for the dummies.  And just for you dummies, Comey does not head up any investigation. He is was the boss.  His underlings former underlings are the ones that do the investigation and they present the evidence to the prosecutor. The prosecutor decides whether to proceed or not.  As far as I can tell, no prosecutor has decided to proceed to file charges against Trump and neither has a grand jury returned a true bill against Trump. So dummies... where is/are the indictment(s)?

In your dreams.

No indictments yet, and these business dealings involve a time period before Flynn was granted a renewal of his security clearance by Obama's regime.

2. If that is true

We may have our James McCord moment as soon as tomorrow.

For our younger DUers, McCord was the Watergate figure who, in a letter sent to the judge handing down the sentence for his role in the Watergate burglary, implicated Nixon and people within the President's inner circle.

I love how these shit-for-brains primitives are all instant history experts.

We may have our Charlie Brown football moment as soon as tomorrow.

Thanks for the info, thundley! Everything I have read never gave a time period of the records the prosecutor subpoenas wanted for the grand jury.

One thing I would like to note... the prosecutor is using a grand jury.  Now to me that means his/her case is weak otherwise there would be an arrest and probably cause hearing before a judge.  Either that or the prosecutor wants to cover his/her ass when there is no true bill.

Just my two cents.
