Title: Jimmy John’s Employee Doesn’t Flinch With Armed Robber’s Gun In His Face
Post by: HAPPY2BME on April 28, 2017, 04:42:07 PM
An employee at a Missouri Jimmy John’s, a popular sandwich chain restaurant, didn’t even flinch Wednesday when a robber pointed a gun just inches from his face.

The worker, who was at the cash register during the crime, remains extremely calm as the perpetrator brandishes his firearm.

The Kansas City Police Department released surveillance video of the incident.

As the employee appears completely unfazed, the suspect tries to show that he is serious with his outward threat by pointing the gun very close to the worker’s face. The gunman even appears to reach out to grab the employee’s arm.

The unemotional clerk at first hands over money to the suspect as if he is giving him his change, but then decides to just give the criminal the whole tray from the cash register, which the gunman declines.

The suspect has been identified and is currently in custody, according to law enforcement’s latest update.

Some people are at (or morph-into)  their optimum best in a crisis.  Their thinking and decision-making become absolutely crystal-clear, as time slows-down...  They assess what needs to be done and they do it.

I believe it takes less than a second to philosophically-accept your impending death...  Adrenaline is released even faster.  The kid phased right through those stages flawlessly.  That's worth 1,000 boot-camps.
