Secretary of State Rex Tillerson is meeting Russian President Vladimir Putin during his trip to Moscow, despite the Kremlin's statement following the U.S. airstrike against the Syrian regime that a meeting was not on the calendar.
A State Department spokesman confirmed the meeting.

Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov scolded a US reporter after she shouted out a question at Secretary of State Rex Tillerson.

Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov scolded a US reporter for shouting out a question just before the start of a protocol meeting with US Secretary of State Rex Tillerson in Moscow, Wednesday.

Tillerson And Putin Meeting Amid Tensions
Note the part where he kept Kerry waiting but met on time with Tillerson, at least according to this report.

President Vladimir Putin began talks with U.S. Secretary of State Rex Tillerson at the Kremlin after pushing back against demands that Russia abandon Syrian leader Bashar al-Assad over a chemical-weapons attack.
Putin is meeting with Tillerson and Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov at the Kremlin after the two top diplomats held talks Wednesday in Moscow, presidential spokesman Dmitry Peskov said. The meeting is taking place after Putin complained that relations with the U.S. are now worse than under President Barack Obama, while Lavrov criticized the Trump administration’s “ambiguous and contradictory” foreign policy.
