Title: Burger King in hot water after employee filmed bathing in restaurant sink
Post by: Chris_ on August 12, 2008, 11:25:42 AM
XENIA, Ohio (WDTN) - Some workers at a Greene County restaurant are in hot water with the health department, after an employee took a bubble bath in a store sink.

A four-minute video posted on MySpace captured the employee, self-described as Mr. Unstable, bathing nude in a large stainless steel sink as several other employees and a store manager looked on.

The video began making its rounds on the Internet Monday morning. One of the recipients was Greene County Health Commissioner, Mark McDonnell.

McDonnell immediately sent staff to restaurant to investigate the numerous health code violations.

I'm impressed by the effort to be clean.  It is so rare these days.

I don't find this gross at all.  I mean it is a sink at a restaurant, he was probably the cleanest thing they could find to put into it.

Well , it is a sink , and they are generally designed to be used to wash things, thus are easily cleaned.

It is possible that the employee smelled so bad or was so filthy that the manager forced them to have a bath as the smell was disturbing the customers.

As long as his nekked *** wasn't on the grill I could care less.

Well, I also hope it wasn't while the store was open.

Being someone who has worked in fast food restaurants, I can almost gaurantee that this was the result of a late night bet.

I did my high school fast food stint at Burger King.  I think it's funny that he's in the "soak" sink where the dirty dishes go.

As I progressed onto better restaurants, I made it a habit to wash the sink with soap and water before putting any food into it.  The only thing that gets washed at Burger King are pots, pans, and utensils.  Everything else comes in a bag or a can and doesn't need any real preperation.

It sure has the newsblondes aghast but I don't really see the big deal.  Any germs on his butt are the same kind he would be washing off his hands using the same soap in the same sink after using the toilet anyway.  BFD.  Not that I have any problem with the little head-case being fired, either.
