There are two possibilities in the Trump/Russia investigation.
One, with all the Russian connections, there is something very shady and dishonorable, and devious taking place. The Russians have planted agents and turned Americans at the very highest levels of our government. Their goal is to divide and conquer and to destroy our democracy from the inside.
Or, two, Trump and his team have so many business deals with Russia that it is impossible not to talk with them, even if on the sly and in secret. The business deals in the pipeline, so to speak, were continued once Trump was nominated and once he was in the White House. The deals may have accelerated since Trump moved into the White House. Trump is in a dangerous conflict of interest with his deals made with Russia.
In my opinion, it is one of these two possibilities. Neither should be acceptable to the American people.

This ahole will just not quit today. Loser.

kentuck's got to stop being obsessed with this; he doesn't understand it and his obsession with it is screwing up his head.

Hey, DUmbass! The 1950's called, they want their foreign policy back! :lmao:

Well, his "choice" number is close to correct, the exceptions being that he has zero evidence, "(t)he deals may have accelerated," and having business interests while President has never been a violation of the USC. kt also forgot - or disingenuously ignored - the fact that Trump put his business interests into a blind trust (as Carter did with his peanut warehousing and distribution business, a precedent on which DU-folk would do well to reflect, not that I think they will).

One, with all the
Russian Muslim connections, there is something very shady and dishonorable, and devious taking place. The Russians Muslims have planted agents and turned Americans at the very highest levels of our government. Their goal is to divide and conquer and to destroy our democracy from the inside.
This is what happened during the past 8 years.

Fixord! for reality.

Don't forget that when Carter did it peanuts were a highly regulated farm crop with stricter quotas than tobacco

Actually there is a third possibility and that is that Kentuck is mentally retarded.

I believe this is where Occam's Razor comes into play, correct?

Name them. Itemize them, individually.
We'll all wait, you stupid, lying, ridiculous senile c*cksucker.

Back in high school, in Geometry, we did proofs to prove certain mathematical tenets (for lack of a better term). One of the things we did was to list the 'givens' before starting the proof. I postulate that your third possibility is actually a 'given' and needs to be noted as such. :whistling:

For some reason the media seems to have dropped the Russians around every corner story.
Wonder why? :whatever:

Too busy trying to think up lies to bail out serial liar Rice and her former boss.

Since at least the Clinton MALAdministration, the MSM have gone bleeping lazy. WJC played the Access Card masterfully and had the MSM licking him .... well ......... somewhere. With Trump onto their games and counter-playing them, the MSM have a choice between actually working or protecting their spoon-feeder sources. The MSM that denied Monica's blue dress (speaking metaphorically, if not literally) until the FBI tested it have made the same, predictable, choice: protect access.
-
Ah! Kentuck is going old school on us. He offers up the logical fallacy know as the either/or fallacy. Attempt to create the illusion that there are only two choices when there are actually many.
-
Kentuck, what color is the sky on your world?
There is a wide spectrum of possibilities. To make an analogy with the electromagnetic spectrum, kentuck is debating with himself about whether everything he can see is made out of only x-rays, or made out of only gamma rays.

Actually, DUmbass, there is exactly one possibility: there is absolutely nothing to Harry Reid's lie (remember: all of this started because documented lying sack of shit Harry Reid made this asinine claim in the well of the Senate) and you've been punked by the Democrats yet again into believing something absurd like this.

Would that be the same "documented lying sack of shit Harry Reid" who claimed that Donald Trump hadn't paid income taxes in 20 years?

And possibly the same "documented lying sack of shit Harry Reid" that claimed Romney paid no taxes?

I thought the media's tongue punching of Billy Jeff's squeak hole was bad but Obama proved me wrong. There is a lot of chafed tongues and one really badly chafed muslim squeak hole.

During a recent interview with Democracy Now, Noam Chomsky demonstrated what everyone with a clear head and capacity for critical thought should already know. Just because you have a strong dislike for Donald Trump, doesn’t mean you latch on like a lunatic to every nonsensical Russia conspiracy theory because you’re still crying about Hillary’s loss.
As Noam Chomsky accurately states:
JUAN GONZÁLEZ: Noam Chomsky, I’d like to ask you about something that’s been in the news a lot lately. Obviously, all the cable channels, that’s all they talk about these days, is the whole situation of Russia’s supposed intervention in American elections. For a country that’s intervened in so many governments and so many elections around the world, that’s kind of a strange topic. But I know you’ve referred to this as a joke. Could you give us your view on what’s happening and why there’s so much emphasis on this particular issue?
NOAM CHOMSKY: It’s a pretty remarkable fact that—first of all, it is a joke. Half the world is cracking up in laughter. The United States doesn’t just interfere in elections. It overthrows governments it doesn’t like, institutes military dictatorships. Simply in the case of Russia alone—it’s the least of it—the U.S. government, under Clinton, intervened quite blatantly and openly, then tried to conceal it, to get their man Yeltsin in, in all sorts of ways. So, this, as I say, it’s considered—it’s turning the United States, again, into a laughingstock in the world.
So why are the Democrats focusing on this? In fact, why are they focusing so much attention on the one element of Trump’s programs which is fairly reasonable, the one ray of light in this gloom: trying to reduce tensions with Russia? That’s—the tensions on the Russian border are extremely serious. They could escalate to a major terminal war. Efforts to try to reduce them should be welcomed. Just a couple of days ago, the former U.S. ambassador to Russia, Jack Matlock, came out and said he just can’t believe that so much attention is being paid to apparent efforts by the incoming administration to establish connections with Russia. He said, “Sure, that’s just what they ought to be doing.”
So, meanwhile, this one topic is the primary locus of concern and critique, while, meanwhile, the policies are proceeding step by step, which are extremely destructive and harmful. So, you know, yeah, maybe the Russians tried to interfere in the election. That’s not a major issue. Maybe the people in the Trump campaign were talking to the Russians. Well, OK, not a major point, certainly less than is being done constantly. And it is a kind of a paradox, I think, that the one issue that seems to inflame the Democratic opposition is the one thing that has some justification and reasonable aspects to it.

Well, he won, didn't he?
Oh, wait....
