My house was vandalized today because of my Obama window sign.
****ing cowards. I've had an Obama sign in my front window since he took the nomination without incident until today. Normally, because of the hours I work, there is always someone awake in my house. But today I decided to take a well deserved day off and took my family to an amusement park for some fun.
When I got back I found that someone(thing) decided to chew up a tootsie roll or some other chocolate and spit it all over my window where the sign sits. It was simple enough to clean off but I find the timing of this incident to be curious at the least. My initial reaction is to let it be known that I am planning another day out and simply lay in wait for this bastard to do it again so I can beat the ****ing balls off of him. What right has anyone to deface my home because they don't agree with my choice of candidate? None. I take that shit as a personal affront to myself and a threat to my family.
I probably should have taken pictures and documented the incident but I was too pissed off to think clearly at the time. I was just thinking "**** You, I will not be intimidated. You better hope I don't catch you." as I wiped the window down.
So, I'm soliciting advice as to how any of you guys would handle this. My plan is not very subtle but it's the usual way we handle problems in South Philly. I'm looking for clever alternatives that do not include felonious assault. Any serious suggestions would be appreciated.
Isn't southern Philadelphia a stronghold, a fortress, a bastion, of corrupt Democrat machine politics?

2. Don't beat up the vandalizer if it's a kid under 18 or a woman
That would make for some difficult explaining to the police.

3. Webcam
Put up some more signs to bait them, get photos, and press charges.

6. Take the fam in your car somewhere. Have a friend drive you back to your neighborhood, but come back to your house so you won't be seen. Watch and wait, and have a camera.

7. The chewed-up Tootsie roll makes me think it's a kid.
Or else W. escaped from his handlers and he's stirring up trouble in Philly.
Oh, wait... He's busy stirring up trouble in China! Must be a kid, then.
I wouldn't be too hard on 'em if you catch the kid. Probably just parroting whatever their parents say.

Democrats don't know shit...........

The closer it gets to the election, the more we will read about threads involving or defacing/stealing McCain signs and bumper stickers. and the DUmmies will cheer about the heroism involved.

Oh FFS! It was probably a kid and the placement is purely coincidental. They are always looking for some affront to themselves aren't they? Makes me think he's probably the neighborhood prick too. We also have one of those. :rotf:

No. ALL of Philadelphia is a stronghold, a fortress, a bastion of corrupt Democrat machine politics. The vandal was most likely a Hillary fan.
I take that shit as a personal affront to myself and a threat to my family.
A spitball is a threat to your family? :rotf: Not the drugs and murders that come with living in Phillly, not the oppressive taxation forcing civilized society out, not the shame of having a moron for a father, but a chewed-up wad of gum is a threat to your children? :rotf: :loser:

Hmm...maybe I should cut the collar off of the shirt and wear the push up bra. That might come close to outdoing you. I should take up smoking too. :lmao: Let's remember who has the tattoo here. :rotf:
Man, I would so love to get that guy in a tizzy, but I don't want to piss off the good neighbors. I might take you up on the offer someday when I get my girl down the street to band with me..maybe she'll give her house up for the party since the whole museum is her backyard. :-) Have the 'blowup doll' bring her friends too...that should really get them going. :rotf:

After my brother died we were asked by the pastor to tell him about my brother (he didn't know my brother). No one would start so I did...I started by saying he was my hero growing up, he saved me from bullies and got beat up because of it, how smart he was (too smart for his own good), that music was his life.....etc. Then it came to his wife. She said that they recently had put out an Obama yard sign. She also noted that no one would wave to my brother because "they knew he was a LIBERAL" and how deeply it hurt him. Which I found ironic since she told me that he thought all Republicans were cold hearted sub-humans (never mind that everyone in his family except for my other brother are "republicans"). She told me this the DAY he died by the way...but I digress...One day they came home and noticed his yard sign was stolen. According to my brothers lying wife my brother replied, "why I thought republicans were for personal property rights". He was all upset with humanity according to his lying wife. So he decided to get 5 more signs and put them in the yard, put spot lights on each and every one of the signs and also put a video camera out to catch who was taking the signs.
After we were finished telling about my brother I pulled my Mom aside and told her that she was full of shit, for one my brother was too lazy to put up five signs and actually take the time to put out spot lights and set up a video camera and number two, for being a software engineer he couldn't even hook up his own modem so I highly doubt he could set up the elaborate spectacle that she claims he did. It just wasn't him.
My other brother came over to me and said, why should it surprise you....she lies about everything. She lies when the truth would make a better story.

Amen brother--more murders in one WEEK than combat deaths in Iraq AND Afghanistan in one month, and this assclown is fretting about a piece of candy?
AYFKM?

Reminds me of Joe, an old rebel I used to work with.
He would say, "Why, he'd rather climb a grease light pole backwards and tell a lie on credit than to stand flatfooted on the ground and tell the truth for cash."

I'm sorry your SIL turned what should have been a moment of pleasant memories of family and remembering the good times into something for which it was not intended.
