You have to read past some straws-grasping a little in this CNN story (http://money.cnn.com/2017/02/14/media/omarosa-april-ryan/), but it reveals April Ryan's character and the value of her reportage. April Ryan:

*is partisan;

*hates Trump and everyone in Trump's administration;

* particularly hates non-whites in Trump's administration;

* is ready to lie when she thinks it will hurt some one in Trump's administration and she thinks she can get away with it (in this incident she didn't know it was being recorded).

I think she's trying to be the next Helen Thomas - what she currently lacks in outer ugly she compensates for with inner ugly.
