Perzactly. Been there and done that which is why we are in the mess we are now in seven years later. DU Hint: It was called Obamacare. It is failing for a number of reasons, not the least of which was its poor design.

It was the Conservative Purity Test (sm) that gave us obozo -- twice (even McCain would have been better no matter how bad he would have been) and kept President Trump from accomplishing the complete drubbing of hiLIARy that should have happened.
Note that even Reagan could not have passed the CPT!

Putting a bandaid on the current law is nonsense. They need to just cancel obamacare, make insurance available across state lines, make an insurance policy tax deductible, reign in medicaid/medicare and make the individual responsible for his own well being

No one on this side of the aisle ever considered President Trump a "messiah," as we all know it's always up to us to take responsibility for ourselves, rather than sitting around waiting for someone else to come and "rescue" us.
Stupid primitive.
President Trump is merely a leader who by fortuitous chance is on the side of decent and civilized people, but not our "messiah."
Anyone who expected him to serve without running into occasional speed-bumps on the road back to decency and sanity was stupid. Four years is a long time, and Obozo left things in such a big mess there's probably going to be a lot of those speed bumps, a rough ride, some back-tracking, some changes in the route; a lot of them.

The entire roll out of this Bill is classic RINO. Led by their chief, Ryan. Written in secret. Block nearly all attempts at amendments. Then claim conservatives must vote for it, as is, or it becomes their fault.
Not too disappointed Trump for aggressively pushing Ryan's abomination. I'm also a bit surprised that he has seemingly washed his hands of health care reform so quickly. IMO, a better stance would be to move on "for now" to taxes, but publicly encourage the HOR to keep working on a better plan. This "now or never" Bull Squeeze does not have to be true. Multitasking is not too much to ask.
I'm still pleased that Trump won. He took a step backwards in my eyes. There is still plenty of time for him to take many steps forward in the next few years to overcome this setback.
And yes DUmbf**k, I still like my president just fine !

The republicans were smart enough to walk from a shitty health care bill, they can always come back to it later.
The democrats passed the shitty BarryCare law and now they're stuck trying to convince everybody, including themselves, that it isn't the piece of crap that it is. The republicans didn't fall into this trap, they didn't get suckered like the democrats did. That's why the democrats are trying to spin this turn of events as a fail.

As someone who criticizes Trump quite a lot from the RIGHT when he tries to "negotiate" with the Left, I'm tickled pink that Obamacare version 2.0 did NOT pass. And for someone who praises Trump quite a lot when he does the right thing and executes orders that negate previous NON-Constitutional executive orders, and nominates real Constitutionalist judges like Neil Gorsuch, I join the "deplorables" in rubbing it in the face of any Dummiecrat.

Of course it was all ex-Preznint Shit Midas's doing because he had 1.6% GDP growth in 2016. If that isn't passing on an economy "firing on all cylinders" I don't know what is.
