My Cousin, A Trump Supporter, Just Changed His Mind.
His daughter is 26 years old and pregnant. And completely uninsurable thanks to two bouts of childhood leukemia.
And he cried when he asked me "How is she supposed to live?" He'd already called his Congress Critter and asked that question, and got no help from the staff.
"She isn't supposed to live, Matty. She's an actuarial nightmare, a drain on resources. That's the thing when Nazis are in power... They really do believe in eugenics."
And he got it..... that's the thing, isn't it? When you elect Nazis, you must be ready for the self-cleansing purges that will come for you and yours, too.

No cop jumping out of the bushes, no people in line and giving thumbs up.
-1 bong for violating Godwin's Law.

At this point in time there is no way to know if she is insurable or not insurable because there is no replacement plan enacted. Is she a palm reader or something?

That profession might be insurable under Obamacare . . . :whistling:

Ms. Piggy may have a paige taken out of her book.

Stupid, low grade, :bouncy: . If she or her husband had a good job, she'd be insured. And if she got KU without a husband, well, that, too, is her choice, along with her choices that result in having a good job. Personally, I think this whole :bouncy: is pulled from msanthrope's :moon: , but if it isn't, it comes down to job, career, and personal choices. Government should not be subsidizing improvidence and foolishness; what government subsidizes it gets more of.

Husband? Maybe she has a wife.

Life was simpler 40 years ago.

I'm going to add that to my Bouncy grading. I'm with you -1 bong.
Just like IRL, DUmmys can be less than zero in Bouncy composing.

The end.
Thanks for tuning in to another episode of What Really Happened. Be sure to tune in tomorrow when we will see Mineralman tell DU that the eeeevil Trump ICE goons knocked down his door at 3am and force hopped him to the Mexican border.

Not only that. ObamaCrap hasn't been repealed. No insurance can turn her down right now. There is no such thing as uninsurable under ObamaCrap.
That doesn't mean that the ObamaCrap premiums aren't sky-high and unaffordable, though.

So, what she's saying is that her daughter is violating the law, of her own volition.
Well sucks to be you, DUmmie!

The fines for not getting OhBummerCare insurance were lower than the premiums and deductibles for OhBummerCare insurance.

Oh, I know. I actually did just that the first year of Obamafail (2013?): got a plan that actually worked for me but wasn't Obamafail "compliant," so I paid the penalty but I got a plan that actually worked for me. But those plans all dried up a year later and I ultimately got forced into a "silver" plan that was nothing but a worthless waste of money.
The point I was really trying to make is that the DUmmie daughter should actually be covered, not only because no pre-existing conditions are allowed now, but also because she should have already had a plan which would negate any pre-existing issues even if insurance companies were not mandated to cover people with pre-existing conditions. And yet, despite how much this DUmmie loves her Obamafail, she didn't actually bother to comply with the law.
Guess she doesn't love it that much after all....

You can tell these stories are bullshit by listening to what else Proglodytes say about ObamaFail repeal.
At other times Proglodytes crow triumphantly that ObamaFail was not repealed Day 1 as Trump had campaigned.
But that ignores the fact Trump campaigned on repealing ObamaFail...
...without a formulated replacement, no less.
So we're supposed to believe someone who voted for a candidate who campaigned on the merciless repeal of ObamaFail is now so distraught as to be in tears.
Maybe those are tears of joy that someone in DC is actually making good on a promise, for once.
