Besides not believing in God and all...

It's the self righteous folks here that think sex is bad

Sex, is evil according to these folks

one poster even thought the very existence (and prevalence) of 'Campaign Sex' is an indication that anyone in politics is a Machiavellian Cheney with the ethics and morals of a sandfly.

Just thought that some of the comments about lying were pretty funny given the hysterics they have all had for the last 8 years about President Bush supposedly lying about Iraqs WMDs.

43. What you are saying it is ok for people to go around
asking others if they have cheated and then condemn them if they are caught not telling them the truth if they have? Wonderful.
It is no ones business except the people involved. Not all lies are bad and that is the case here. It is none of your business. Pull your nose back out of where it does not belong. Even public personalities have private lives.

10. Wow...got a live one here
So when Hillary said she got fired on in Bosnia (which is lying) that made her EEEEEEVIL?

When Obama said he didn't know Rezko (which is lying) that made him EEEEVIL?

Politicians lie all the time. People lie all the time. The sooner you learn that the sooner you can graduate from Sunday School and into the real world. Then maybe you'll realize that we don't live in a perfect world, and people are far from perfect.

But that will never happen - keep believing in those stupid fairy tales. They sound cute when you spout from them.

12. Come the **** on - if this was lying about anything other than sex, it would be ignored
If he lied about his tax returns, there wouldn't be a peep here

But because its about SEX, all of you crazy moralmonkeys get your ******* panties in a wad.

Uhm no...that would be an actual crime, guess we know your view on that subject now too.  :whatever:

To be fair several on the thread are taking a somewhat rational position but it still shows the level of intelligence that for the most part makes up the island.

That thread wouldn't exist if Silky Pony had an "R" after his name. *eyeroll*

Sex is great.  It's cheating and lying that aren't.   :mental:  They just have a real problem with reality over there.  :lmao:

Ross Perot had it right.  "If your wife can't trust you, then neither can I."

I've gone to church a lot in my life and I cannot once recall any sermon about sex being evil.  I can't even find that in my Bible.  All I can find is passages celebrating love and sex as God intended them to be expressed.

Hmmm, then can all of the Republicans that got caught in sex scandals come back into office? I mean its not like they broke any laws right?  I seem to remember a few in recent years that were driven out by the MSN and the Dems for their "outrageous " Conduct yet just about Dem that's been caught with his hands in places they shouldn't be end up using this to advace their careers. Bill Clinton managed to stay in office and its looking like the dems are doing their best to take the fall for John Edwards. We hold our people responsible and yours too. The Democrats just don't give a frack unless it's a conservative.

Making character meaningless is what makes liberalism ridiculous.

They are all for victims....what about Elizabeth and their children?  I guess because it was "only sex" then there were no victims in Edwards "sexscapades".

I've gone to church a lot in my life and I cannot once recall any sermon about sex being evil.  I can't even find that in my Bible.  All I can find is passages celebrating love and sex as God intended them to be expressed.

The Song of Songs is one of the most beautiful erotic love poems ever written.

"Your two breasts are like two fawns,
like twin fawns of a gazelle
       that browse among the lilies."

Somehow I can't see that being written by an uptight prude. It celebrates intimacy. Of course, that kind of intimacy can usually only be found in committed relationships. When you sleep with anything that isn't nailed down it's just ****ing.

It's always a private matter and everyone is always SO uptight when it's about a dem, well except for Bill Clinton just this year because his wife was running against the messiah. Jesse Jackson, John Edwards, Barney Fraink's lover running an escort service out of their home...are all private matters and anyone who thinks it should be anything but a private matter is just an uptight fundy. John McCain's nonaffair with some lobbyist and Larry Craiig's wide stance well, that's entirely different...that MUST be discussed daily, milked for all the political fodder it can. It's in the public interest you know and it's not just about sex...it's about trust, honesty, integrity, even morality. But then, when you have no moral backbone yourself you can excuse just about anything in your leaders...everyone else has to take the moral high ground. You don't need to read Faulkner to find examples of irony, just visit the DUmp.

It must be and empty existence to go through life without reverence for anything. It's "only sex" until it happens to them. My "response", were I Elizabeth, would involve a tube of super glue and a crash course from "The Lorena Bobbit School for Wives Whose Husbands Couldn't Keep It In Their Pants". At least it would give me an excuse to finally order those Ginseu knives. Of course I can say this because an absolutely wonderful husband who would never put me in a position where I'd have to do a correspondence course.
