Coretta Scott King’s Niece Slams Elizabeth Warren For Playing “The Race Card”
Martin Luther King Jr.’s niece has reportedly slammed Massachusetts Senator Elizabeth Warren for attempting to use a letter from Coretta Scott King to smear now-Attorney General Jeff Sessions last night.
“It’s almost like a bait and switch – stir up their emotions, use the name of King… play the race card, which she was attempting to do,” said Dr. Alveda King to Fox Business’ Neil Cavuto earlier today.
Dr. King went on to suggest that Senator Warren was taking her aunt’s letter completely out of context.
“In that letter, she would be referring to perhaps some of his comments,” she said. “However, she would agree today that he of course ended some school [segregation].”
“He worked to prosecute members of the KKK. Aunt Coretta was a very reasonable woman, and she, with integrity, would have noted that he had done some great work in fighting discrimination.”

Senator Pocahontas of Massachusetts Outed Once Again as a Liar and Deceiver
Socialist Senator Elizabeth Warren, who lied about being part American Indian, hence Trump’s nickname for her of Pocahontas, got caught lying through her teeth again today. She wanted to read to the senate a letter by Corretta Scott King criticizing Senator Jeff Sessions some thirty years ago when he was a U.S. attorney in Alabama. She claimed that he tried to keep “elderly black people” from voting. But watching the news we learn that the case at hand was one group of black politicians in a small majority-black Alabama town that claimed voter fraud by another group of black politicians. The first group accused the second group, which included a King family friend, of rigging local elections with fraudulent absentee ballots. As U.S. Attorney for that region, Sessions investigated and went to court over it. Corretta Scott King criticized Sessions for investigating her family friend/small town political hack for voter fraud. (There were more absentee ballots in this town of 15,000 than in Montgomery, a city of 700,000).
But that’s not the story Pocahontas tried to tell. She is telling the false story that Sessions was the ringleader of a plot by white supremacists to keep black people from voting. Her behavior is a combination of unbridled bigotry toward Southerners (a prerequisite for all leftist and neocon political hacks) and lying to get ahead in politics by telling this false story that she knows herself to be unequivocally false.

Dems Throw Temper Tantrum After Sessions Confirmed As Attorney General
Democrats went into a mad frenzy Wednesday evening after the Senate confirmed Donald Trump’s nominee to serve as U.S. Attorney General, Alabama Sen. Jeff Sessions.
The 52-47 vote fell along party lines, with West Virginia Sen. Joe Manchin representing the lone Democrat vote in favor of the Alabama senator.

Other Democrats reacted with a similar tone.
“We need to continue to be brave, and to be strong,” New Jersey Democrat Senator Cory Booker said in a video message over Twitter, telling his followers that he and others were up and fighting “around the clock against the Attorney General nominee Jeff Sessions.
New York Democrat Sen. Chuck Schumer told MSNBC’s Rachel Maddow that the confirmation of Jeff Sessions “turned my stomach.”
Vermont Senator Bernie Sanders blasted the confirmation, saying that Sessions will not stand up to the President.
The National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP) issued a statement Wednesday evening, asserting that Session’s record as a public servant and attorney was “historically weak and questionable” on support for “voting rights, police accountability and the rights of immigrants and women.”
